Best Italian place in town. The highlight was the best eggplant parmesan I have ever had. Tiramishu in dessert was the best. It just melted in mouth. Service was so friendly. I loved how they took care of us.

Cute little spot. The food was really good. I'm very picky & haven't found any Italian food that I've liked since my Nona passed but they're authentic. The garlic bread was made fresh & was delicious as were our entrées. We all had take home boxes when we left.

Went here for my birthday this evening and oh my gosh. This place is outstanding! Food was out quickly. Service was amazing everything you could tell the chef put their time and effort into, truly amazing food here. I would absolutely go back over and over again to try new dishes. I got the penne pasta with Alfredo and grilled chicken. My dad got gnocchi with Bolognese sauce and meatballs and my mother got veal parmesan with spaghetti noodles and red sauce. Everything was huge portions and cooked to perfection. She even packaged our leftovers afterwards for us and brought a complimentary connoli for my birthday 🎈

Oh my goodness what an absolute hidden gem!!! Do not let the outside deceive you, this place has been here forever and now I know why. I cannot believe I live so close and have never been here before now, what a fail. Anyway, I will be here often now! Inside is adorable and clean. They have parking in the back and a cute small little outdoor area as well. Family owned which we love to support. They were very kind and everything came out so fast! Great server have a feeling she may also have been one of the owners. First of all the prices here are insanely affordable with nearly everywhere raising prices on everything to almost laughable level this place is so solid. 6$ for wine and THAT POUR was very generous. 4$ for a HUGE bowl of soup. 3$ for the best garlic cheese bread we have had in ages. 5$ for a huge salad with cheese. 8-10$ for a pizza like honestly mind blown. Everything was SO delicious. Started with cheesy garlic bread and soup for the bf and salad for me. Excellent. Food was very fresh and amazing. For dinner my bf got a pizza which I had to snag a bite of. Ooooof it is really good pizza. Tastes almost like they had a little garlic butter under the toppings idk but it was very good and you could tell the ingredients were quality. I had the ricotta stuffed penne with meat sauce $14. Huge portion and delicious!!! So for 2 glasses of wine, cheese bread, a medium pizza, salad, soup, and a generous helping of stuffed penne our bill was 50$. Insane. I cannot wait to come back! So happy we found a nice family run, affordable and delicious Italian place so close to home! Go check it out!

This restaurant has been in its location for decades. Excellent Italian food. The service is fantastic, the people working are so genuinely nice! You can taste love in their made from scratch pasta sauces. Definitely worth stopping in for some dinner

Recently has become me and my boyfriend’s fav date night spot. Very cute atmosphere. It’s a mom and pop type of style restaurant. Their red sauce is very clearly fresh and homemade and their meatballs r super yummy. Love this spot!

My husband and I have never been there before but always would by pass it. We decided to finally stop and have dinner. The food was great i only have one issue to much sauce. That's just my my preference.

This is a hidden treasure , I ate hear about 8 years ago and it was great then . The food is very good nice pasta sauce is old school flavors at its best I had the Veal Picata The lemony sauce with the capers , and the tender Veal excellent. I had banana Peppers stuffed with spicy Italian sausage great flavor . Nice and clean establishment with a variety of beers and wines . The price very reasonable and they follow all the COVID guidelines . I’m gonna start being a regular here come and check em out they deserve the business putting out food like this . Great dessert I had the Tiramisu very tasty ! Decor is great as well very cozy for a date night or a family dinner.

One of the best Italian restaurants in the west side of Cleveland. Excellent service and very friendly staff. My family will be going back soon

Cafe Roma reminds me of an authentic restaurant in Italy. It is a family owned and run business that serves reasonably priced Italian dishes. The Cavalli and meatballs are excellent. The lasagna is enough for two people. They even have Italian cookies and Cannoli. This is one of Westpark hidden secrets!

My family have all been regulars at Caffe Roma since the time over 15 years ago when, on our first visit, Carla offered my husband a second bowl of rigatoni because he "looked hungry."
This year, my children decided to surprise me on my "special" birthday by inviting 50 people to Caffe Roma for lunch. (I thought we were having a quiet lunch with the little ones). Needless to say, it was not quiet but it was perfect!
On the eve of Christmas Eve this year, we were out and about with 2 very excited toddlers. We decided to stop at Caffe Roma for dinner not realizing how incredibly busy they are on Friday and Saturday nights. Reservation? We had never made a reservation! Well, after all, it was Christmas! No room in the inn? Not so, Carla said, "Don't worry. We'll get you a table." And she did. We had a wonderful meal as always and the kids, who behaved so well, even got wrapped gifts. Being part of a Christmas crowd all having such a fun time, watching the staff bustle (Carla taking orders) just made our Christmas Eve Eve!

Food is usually good, sometimes it's really great. It feels out of place at this location, but it's an interesting little place with good food, check it out. You have to double park or park on the street, but it's a minor problem because the food is great. Had the squid pasta tonight, excellent. Perfect cook on the squid. UPDATE 02/23: Still great! Not many places make a $10 puttanesca. UPDATE 09/23: Yep, still great. UPDATE 03/24: Excellent as always.

I absolutely love this place .small quaint and big food portions. The owner is very polite and awesome. My 3 littles absolutely adore her. They now carry beer, so hubby is happy . Food quality is better than any other Italian restaurant I have ever been to. Their prices are pretty decent, and considering how much you get it, it is worth it. Kids loved that they could get a pizza while mom and dad got a meal..if you are in the area you must stop

Friendly staff and great Italian dishes! It's one of my favorites. The chicken Parmigiano is excellent and homemade meatballs and sauce with your choice of pasta is a must.

Great little Italian place that serves up traditional old country comfort food. Excellent pizza and a real puttanesca sauce. The pizza pictured below brings back memories of the pies popular in Cleveland's old westside Italian neighborhood's.
