Great selection, lines are usually decently long, even for self-checkout, items are usually in stock, even on the Holidays so that's a big plus, and the staff is pretty decent

Went to Giant Eagle Supermarket on W 117th north of I-90 to get 2 large boxes of Kraft Original Macaroni and Cheese, 2 medium cans of sauerkraut and a seedless cucumber. The boxes of Mac n Cheese were advertised at 2 for $6.00. The actual price showed them to be $3.79 each. I brought this to the attention of the lady who seemed to be in charge of the front area cashiers..and she actually checked the area in the store and stated I was correct. I did get her name..and her badge was turned around. She was very helpful in completing my purchase of these items. She is to be commended on her customer service skills. Thank you. You can find most of the groceries you need here. Remember to bring reusable bags, because they charge you extra for paper or reusable bags of their own.

Came here expecting an eagle. Left unsatisfied with the false advertising. Good customer service and the store is always well stocked/clean. I just think a lot more people would be happy if there was an eagle.

Has everything I need (healthy options) police sitting here in front of the doors all day makes me feel like I live in the hood or the ghetto . Are they checking whose running stop signs or are people stealing too much ? Very awkward. Never where they should be though .

Shelves are always stocked, employees are very helpful. Pharmacy is never crowded.

The store is clean and the prices are not that bad despite the current inflation.
