When our septic line became clogged for the third time, we knew we had to call someone to figure out what was going on. Doing some research online for septic repair companies, I came across Utility & Septic Solutions and Ty Good. I had to leave a message when I called but Ty called back within a half hour and, to our surprise, was at our house later the same day. He ran a camera into our septic line and he found out that the pipe from our house to the septic tank was broken. We were dreading hearing the cost to dig up and repair the broken pipe, sure it was going to be very expensive, but instead, Ty quoted us a price much cheaper than what we were expecting. Once we agreed upon a time, he completed the task without any problems. When he was finished we were surprised at how little mess there was to our front yard. Great job, Ty! Ty and his workers did a fantastic job repairing the discharge pipe from our sump pump. Note: the system had not been very well done when our house was built in 1988. They used a camera several times to determine the direction of the pipe and to inspect for pipe damage from tree roots. They jetted through several areas to clear the pipe of tree roots, then "hand cut" a new trench in order to prevent damage to our maple tree and yard. New pipes were laid and connected into the existing system without having to tear up the driveway. Great care was taken to provide the necessary slope for the new pipes to drain correctly. Their concern for our property was very much appreciated! We would recommend Ty's company to anyone who needs outdoor plumbing work. Thank you to Ty, Joe, and Jessica!!!

We highly recommend Utility & Septic Solutions LLC. The owner, Ty Good is extremely knowledgeable, responsive and courteous. He walked us through the problem (crushed sewer line) and offered some options on fixing the issue. After learning that the broken pipe ran under our deck, he was very patient and accommodating as we had to deal with insurance and deck carpenters. He explained each step of the process and was more than fair in his pricing. We felt that he was our ally in fixing a bad situation.
Hopefully we will never need his services again, but if we or anybody we know ever does, we will definitely be getting in touch with Ty!

I would highly recommend Utility and Septic Solutions for any plumbing work. We were having problems with the line to our septic tank. Ty gave us some recommendations to try first that were inexpensive (in the realm of home repairs). Unfortunately, he discovered that the line was clay tile and it had broken and separated before reaching the septic tank. He was able to come out within a week of our call to schedule the work and showed up right on time. We currently live in Wisconsin and could not be there for the repair, so trust and confidence in who we hired were essential. He sent us many photos of the repair process with our invoice, which was much appreciated. We could easily see what the problem was and how it was fixed. He even fixed an unforeseen problem he discovered and only charged us for the parts. I will call him again in a heartbeat for any other plumbing problems we have.

We called Ty Sunday morning and he was here in less than 45 minutes. He quickly found the problem, and the most cost effective way of taking care of it. All told, less than 2 hours to repair. Gave us a great price. Very knowledgeable, and spoke in plain English while describing the problem and the fix. Excellent work! I can't recommend him highly enough!

We had a new problem with sewage backing up through our basement drain. Ty was able to come over very quickly and access the situation. He made a quick trip to Lowe's for a part which solved the immediate problem, then ran a jet and camera through the main sewer line to make sure there were no additional problems to worry about. He had everything ready to go in about an hour, and showed us the video from the camera line. Ty explained everything in plain language, and gave us advice for what to look for in the future. He's exceptionally skilled, hard working, and very down to earth. Plus, he gave us a great price. My wife and I highly recommend him and won't hesitate to call if new problems arise.

Highly recommend. My dad had a leak in the water service line from the street to his house. The line ran under a sidewalk, a wall, and a concrete porch. Ty, the owner of Utility & Septic Solutions was great to work with. He was able to bore under everything and replace with a new line. Ty is very professional, knowledgeable and explained everything he was going to do. My dad was without water for only 3 hours. Ty took care of everything including permit and city inspections. Ty is licensed with the city of Columbus. Utility & Septic is a small company but they were able to offer the lowest price by far yet still provide quick and professional results. Ty and his “bore” guy did an excellent job replacing my water line. I got several quotes before booking with Utility & Septic Solutions.

I had a quote from Waterworks that was more than 2 xs his quote. I had another quote from a different that was lower BUT the other company didn’t seem knowledgeable and wanted to dig up my yard and deck to put in a line manually. So, what may seem like saving would be extra money to repair my lawn and deck and messy and time-consuming when it wasn’t even likely possible to put it in manually. So it would have costed more.

Even though Delaware Ohio has been inundated with rain and flooding issues, Ty of Utility & Septic Solutions LLC was able to fix the problems in my storm water underground drainage quickly and affordably. Ty and crew did a great job! Recommended boring right from the start and came in with the best price by far. Had to replace the entire line from the house to the sidewalk and had to go under my concrete driveway. Awesome job, very timely, and easy on the finances. I had water coming up from the middle of my basement and raw sewage backing up too. I first had basement companies come over to see what the problem was and they gave me an estimate of $11,000 and said I will need a trench around the entire perimeter of the basement. I called Utility & Septic Solutions and they came out and told me the problem was with the exterior drain from the house to the septic drain was clogged. They said putting a new sewer line in and it would solve the problem. Sure enough after putting in the new line all flooding and sewage problems had ceased.
