Found this little "gem" of a jewelry store while shopping in downtown Fanwood. Sam's work on a repair to a beautiful and very sentimental bracelet of mine was well done and I'm fussy . His repair allowed me to wear this treasured item again. He also overhauled a great watch I have and its running like new again. This also is an item that has sentimental value attached to it. A jeweler needs to be very trusted and I'm finding my trust in Sam to be well founded. His prices are honest and fair in my opinion and it feels good to support a family owned small business. A real win - win!

Very good service, needed a watch battery replaced and a ring guard put on my ring, all was done in very short time. Very well kept store,bright and clean they are willing to show any item that's on hand or will bring in on consignment items you are looking for. Price for goods and service is fair and well done. Would recommend them to any one looming for premium jewellery and service ,great home town store.

I searched for somewhere to have my jewelry repaired, I live in Westfield and at first couldn’t find parking being handicapped and parking is so bad in town, then going into three different stores I knew immediately I was being profiled!!! I have lived here all my life and am now a retired nurse and hate being made to feel that way. Needless to say I spend very little money in town. Now back to CROWN from my first time several years ago to just last week the owner knows me and is always friendly and most of all welcoming. Last week his machine was down and he couldn’t accept charges and I had only a few dollars with me and true to form he said pay me later gave me my items and I left. Thank You 🙏🏽 for getting to know your customers , just that little respect and trust means everything. I will continue to send everyone I know there, because they will not be disappointed with the great selection or services at CROWN JEWELRY.

I came to Crown Jewelers in Fanwood New Jersey when I was proposing to my girlfriend and needed an engagement ring. Fortunately when I walked in the door I was greeted by Andy who helped me throughout the entire process of buying the perfect ring. He asked the right questions, took a genuine interest in this ring as if it were for his future wife and made me feel like I was a valued customer who has been coming to their store for decades. My fiance receives compliment after compliment about how beautiful the ring is which she deserves and makes me happy with my decision of coming here. When I bought the ring they told me anytime we would like to have it cleaned that they'll take care of it free of charge which we have, multiple times, and all they ask for is a hand shake in return - customer service at its finest!

My fiance and I look forward to buying our wedding bands from Crown Jewelers and any other piece as they are our only jewelers from now on.
