Diandra is so amazing and professional. She really gave excellent customer service. She answered all of my thousand questions and made me realize how important choosing the right storage unit for myself is. The staff here is wonderful. My mom opened this storage unit because it's close to her. She is older and often times needs assistance or has a lot of questions, they have been so incredibly patient and kind which gives me peace of mind and let's me feel comfortable letting her do her errands there. I was honestly skeptical of getting a storage for my important things due to the fact that I have heard things about people stealing from storages and I was concern which storage to choose, I definitely made the right choice choosing Extra Space Storage because everything is so secure and the ladies at the reception are always giving excellent customer service. If you have doubts I will definitely recommend to go with this storage because you will have the security you want to store your personal items and also a clean space + help whenever you need. Space, drive thru & cars for bringing in stuff is a plus, I’m happy I chose this storage.
