The staff are helpful, one of the staff Jennifer answered most of my questions and the other colleague of hers joined in to offer some opinions when I was in doubts on some comparisons in products too. It’s a pity I didn’t get his name. Kudos to the staff there being extremely inspiring! Will be back for some product upgrades !

The most beautiful, spacious and breathtaking Apple Store in the world. I cannot fully describe how the space will fully immerse you in the world of tech and innovation. The presentation of the store, the fact that it’s opened 24/7 and super friendly and helpful staff make this place even better than expectations! I purchased my phone from here and the staff was super insigtful and helped me to decide what’s the best option. I wish I could live in NYC so I could only purchase my apple products from here. 24-hour huge apple store! What's not to like! Great selection and very helpful staff. Checkout the vision pro demo while you are there. It was exceptional.

The pros : great experience in a beautiful store. We visited early morning and the store was very quiet, we got immediately attended by Sebastian who was knowledgeable about all products and gave us honest and comprehensive feedback about the range of MacBooks.
The cons : some products (specific configurations) weren’t available in stock at the time of our visit.

First of all, beautiful. The eco friendly environment which that adapted was marvelous. The stuff was friendly and their work procedure was fast. They would spend time explaining and helping you decide the item you want to get.
I loved it.

Oh also 24/7 open and the only one which will do engraving in-store. In other location you have to place the order online including the engraving bit here you can do in-store.

The store is absolutely amazing and the staff is kind, patient and competent!
Today I experienced the demo of the Apple Vision Pro in the Apple Fifth Avenue NYC store. I was impressed by this technology like never before! The potential for this product is absolutely incredible!

I wanted to take a moment to share my experience at the Apple Store in Times Square with you. It was my first time visiting, and let me just say, it was absolutely mind-blowing!

As you know, Times Square is one of my favorite places to visit in the city. The energy there is always electric, and this visit was no exception. The Apple Store itself is massive, and the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a sea of excited customers and the unmistakable buzz of anticipation.

The staff at the store were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They guided me through the various options and answered all my questions with patience and enthusiasm. It's always a pleasure to interact with such dedicated and passionate individuals.

One thing that really stood out to me was the overall atmosphere of the store. It was vibrant, dynamic, and truly reflected the innovative spirit of Apple. The attention to detail, from the sleek design to the carefully curated displays, was simply remarkable. It's no wonder that the Apple branding has such a strong impact on people.

Went to the Apple store on Fifth Avenue to swap my MagSafe case under 1 year warranty, and they arranged it easily. Just had to show my receipt to the Apple agent, and bam, got a brand new case in no time. Super quick and easy, and the service was top-notch! Big thanks to the team there!

24 hours Apple Store. It was very busy even late at night.
Be sure to make a reservation online if you need help finding an item or fixing an item, this makes it easier on you to be attended.
The place can get very busy and even though there are sufficient number of staff making sure you have someone attend to you will make things easier.
The store is very beautiful and worth checking out. The spiral stairs are beautiful and lead to the store which is at the lower level. There is an elevator to get to the store as well.

I was there on Christmas Day and was amazed to see how much of the stuff was working voluntarily! Everyone was courteous and made sure I was catered to. Yes, I had to wait, but that’s understandable given the traffic. I do hope they fix the elevator soon to help with the wheelchair access because we were taken from a separate entrance which seemed like a bit of a hassle, even so, the staff ensured we were seen to and were walked to the door which I really appreciate.

Nice that it’s open 24/7. Easy to find what you need and pay for it with all the kind folks there to help. The central winding staircase is annoying when you can’t see who’s coming. Bumped people up and down.

My daughter and I went to this store because it's 24/7 and we were hoping to leave with her phone either fixed or replaced. We waited about 28 minutes, which is good since we didn't have a prior appointment. Two gentlemen, Timothy and Michael, were helpful and explained the whole process. Then a nice gentleman ran diagnostic on the phone, said it needed repairs which would have taken a couple of days, so he stepped away and 5 minutes later he returned with a brand new phone. Awesome way of providing customer satisfaction.

Friendly staff. We could buy the stuff we needed easily. Never thought it is 24/7 open store, anyway it was not crowded at night. It is super crowded during day time. We designed store, an underground one. Plenty of models on display, so people can play around and choose the right items. Have fun here, choice is yours to spend money here or invest somewhere else :)

Just amazing. Everything is future-like, e.g. no cash registers and all staff members have all iPads to directly do the payment processing. Great free courses for using iPhones and iPads easily. It's always full, but there are always enough staff who are friendly and helpful. The world could learn a lot from this store.

The design of the building is very beautiful, the service of the staff is also very good, because of the large number of customers, you may have to wait 10-20 minutes to buy the goods you want to buy. They don't seem to offer Chinese services, If Chinese service is provided it would be very friendly to Chinese New Yorkers.😊

I never had such amazing staff ever in any Apple Store I visited around the world, everyone was super happy and helpful, I wish this kind of experience would be given everywhere.
