Pure Nature Day Spa

Not sure why everyone gives bad reviews. My boyfriend and I had a very great experience. We did the couples stone massage and couple facial.

We had Lily and Lynn.
They were absolutely, truly, amazing.
The moment we walked in we were greeted.
The massage was very good pressure.
Stone was nice and hot.
I had Lynn and I loved every single technique from head to toe.
The facial was very nice as well.
I took a nice nap through the session.
Music level was good.
Clean, clean bathroom.
Temperature was nice.
After we were done a lovely cup of cucumber water was given to us. Yum!

Highly satisfied!!
Left them a great tip as well!
Well deserved!

My boyfriend booked me a facial and a massage at Pure Nature Day Spa as an anniversary present. I know some workmates that go there all the time so I was happy about going there, as I'd heard it was a really nice place to go for a relaxing treatment. I really enjoyed both treatments and didn't feel pressurized into buying a bunch of products at the end, which sometimes puts me off. My massage therapist did a great job. Think I will be hinting again when my birthday comes round later in the year :)

Hot stone massage is pure Bliss. Started here several years ago with a Groupon. Haven't looked back. Lynn is awesome!

This place was awesome and the services were great!!

Great massage. The therapist suggested "cupping" therapy on my back. She neglected to tell me I would have circles marks on my back for a few days. Couldn't go to beach😒 was embarrassed!
It was great therapy but for WINTER!!

I had my groupin, I only paid for the tax on my bill. I really enjoyed it, they took care of me and made me feel relax. I had a facial and a hot stone massage. It was very good.

Bad customer service, massage is just fine.

Was not impressed at all.. The massage was more like a rub down than a professional massage not very delicate at all.. The masseuse definitely didn't create a good experience.. One of the worse things was that its very noisy, my room was right next to the reception area and all I heard was the staff talking to the clients the whole time. Didn't relax one bit..

It would be fine, another good spa, but you don't wait until someone is on the table to upsell.
Your groupon certificate doesn't cover this, would you like "......" it's more.

Just do a good job and I'll come back. As it is, I won't.
The massage was great on the back, the rest was nothing. Really nothing.

Worst customer service!!! Would not recomment to anyone! Scheduled an appointment, they called to reschedule it and then when I showed up on that date with my friend, was told my appointment had been cancelled!!?! Would I like to reschedule again? Ah, NO! They did not provide a valid excuse as to what happened, and showed no consideration or concern!

I made a same day appointment for a massage which I am thankful for since I really needed a massage. I am glad that I did get a massage but I won't be returning to this place. I believe that Lily was my masseuse but I never saw her face since she came and left while I was face down. It does not seem that Lily has had any formal training as she did not seem to have a plan. She would move from one area to the next and back randomly. She also pushed on my spine several times in a strange way until I asked her to stop. I had to remind her several times where I wanted her to focus and where I did not want her to massage. The rooms are open near the ceiling so I could hear the phone and the toilet during my massage. Do not go here for a massage.

I am only giving one start for the mere fact that I cannot post without selecting a start because this place doesn't deserve any stars. I made a same day appointment for a massage and facial from a Groupon that I was given for my birthday. Lily was my masseuse and it didn't seem that she has had any training. She massaged me as I was face down and then when I flipped over it was more of a rub down with no creams or oils just a towel. She pushed on my spine several times oddly. The rooms were not very sound proof as you could hear the toilet flushing and other noises. As for the facial she must have put on 8 different creams and then put the steam on as she did a little work just on my nose and no where else. All the cream she put on she rubbed right over my eyes and then at the end after the mask she put on cream and said "this only for eyes" - what about the other 7 creams that she put on my eyes!!! When I was getting dressed after the treatments the only cream that was there on the table was Aveeno so I believe that is the only thing that went on my body and my face. Proceeded to the desk and was asked to pay the tax on the Groupon and she gave me an envelope for a tip and watched what I put in which was $5 and proceeded to show me the "real" prices for each treatment and was begging me to put in more. I said a tip is partially based on the service you receive and I was not satisfied. Do not waste your money and go here.

Rip-off!!!
My daughter bought 2 spas services thru Groupon. At the beginning of my session the guy asked me if I want solf or hard massage ? I selected hard, he said it was $10 extra, I agreed, then while doing my facial he asked me if I want a masked (not included in groupon) I asked how much , he said $18. So I agreed.
When I was done and ready to pay the very unfriendly cashier told me is $68 + 30% tips...
She said the $10 was $15 and the $18 was 21 everything plus tax .
I told the guy you told different price, he just smiled all the time.
Beside this $$ issue.
This guy was kind of discussing, while he was massaging me, he would go out "to get hot towel" but when he was back and started massaging me again he would burp like he just got a soda or something. Ewww very discussing

This place needs to be shut down. Customer service is the WORST. First, I had a man give me a massage without my prior consent and when I mentioned it , i was told " you didn't request a female." Then on my way out i was told I only could pay the tax in cash and that I "OWE" tips for two people. So i told her I do not "owe" anything. A tip is something that is given but you dont speak to a customer in that manner. She called me stupid and started to curse me out so I left. A lady came after me in the parking lot and CONTINUED to curse me out. I will NEVER be returning her again. There are so many other places with much better massages. Save your money and effort and go somewhere else!

Neatly maintained but not friendly enough. Very bad attitude towards customers. I wouldnt want to come back here. The fat chinese lady in the front has to be taught how to talk to customers.

Horrible customer service. This place try's to cheat you buy making you pay for extra fees that are not listed under the groupon. The lady has horrible customer service skills and even hung up on me. Even when I tried to call back she wouldn't answer. Beware of this place and done waste your money here!!!!
