Best Buy

After losing over 115k reward points from gamestop (over $100 worth of rewards) due to new policy, they refused to compensate me back. So I decided to take my business elsewhere. I wanted to buy my son a PS5 and several accessories, so I decided to try Best Buy. They were courteous and knowledgeable. Moving forward, I'll take all my gaming needs to Best Buy.

Really great experience, the staff was friendly and helpful. The facility was clean and organized. Crystal was beyond helpful with our cell phone purchase. She even kept the store open a few minutes extra to ensure everything was done correctly and assisted us every step of the way.

The amount of times the Geek Squad here have put up with me and my bad luck with electronics is more than five. Great service, patient.
The store is pretty big and good with pickups and requests for items if they’re not available.
All in all, very reliable.

The places well stock except for the brother printer which I was looking for but I found a great deal with a Canon printer. There wasn't sales people as available, like usual. The cashiers were informative and professional.

I had such a good experience at this best buy. Actually I can't say I've had bad experiences with bestbuy on a whole that is why I keep coming back! The associate Delannie was patient and knowledgeable about the business I was inquiring about. She was eager to learn and subjects she was not versed in she readily sorted assistance from the Mgr ( Sarah, I think?) who was attentive and gave her great support and guidance. They answered my questions, gave suggestions, and I felt reassured doing business with bestbuy based on this. Thank you for a great experience!

I brought an iPad pro.
A few months ago had a problem called their Tech Support gave me an appointment and they handled it the same day excellent 2 thumbs up.
And there was no drama

What a nice cashier they have! So I went from Target to here looking for the watch I wanted. They didn’t disappoint, the price is always better at best buy! 🤗

Micah, salesman at Mt. Vernon Best Buy, deserves recognition for assisting me in making the purchase. I truly did not intend to make the purchase when I walked in the appliance department. I made him aware of our difficult dimensions that we needed to comply with for a purchase. He taught us about the Counter Depth. He assured us that it would fit and would meet our refrigerator demands. We got the water dispenser, crushed ice, cubed ice, stainless steel, and finger print resistant, Flexzone Drawer, & autofill water pitcher. We love it. It fits.

The sale person Sheen was delightful! He had a wonderful personality and a lot of patience with me and my credit card company.

It was a quick visit I just went to go by my son and a PlayStation 5 Council and they didn't have it in store but they did help me to order it. the workers were very nice and the store was clean and neat

The employee was very helpful and he went above and beyond to make sure my in-store pickup was available almost immediately.

The store staff were very nice and wonderful. Got directed where I needed to go and my problem was taken care of.

The staff (Brian and associates) in the TV/Home Theater section are very knowledgable and helpful. They really helped put me on a path. I strongly recommend this location and having them point you in the right direction when it comes to TVs/accessories.

The sales associate was informative, knowledgeable, and personable. You normally don't find a SA with those 3 traits.

I brought a super73 rx ( ebike) the whole staff and especially the manager Gene were very helpful and patience open up a Register to not hold up line delivery was on time the two delivery men were great (4th floor) bike was clean no damage I love it thanks Gene 💪🚲🔥🔥

The customer service is great and many products have great promotionals/warranty deals. I recently bought an s23 from this location. It was not too pricy and I was able to get the color I wanted even though it wasn't in store.
