Pucci's Pharmacy

Long time customer and man. Costs are ever so slightly higher, but the speed and level of customer service is outrageously fast. I regularly get in and out in less than 8 minutes. Phone service has you talking to a person in less than a minute. Im happy they make getting my meds something I barely even have to worry about. I could even get them in the mail if I wanted. Also they keep more than one pharmacist on staff, which most pharmacys shockingly dont do.

I’m so glad my partner directed me here, instead of one of those other “pharmacies.” As soon as I walked in, I was made to feel welcomed and looked-after. I love that I now have a local pharmacy filled with hard-working and caring professionals! Even other patrons (who were also waiting for their flu shots) were delightful and sweet! What a treasure of a place!

This is by far the best pharmacy in the Sacramento area! The staff is amazing! Not only are they extremely friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable, but the entire staff genuinely cares about everyone of their customers. The pharmacists will take the time to talk to you about every medication, they will also recommend anything that's over the counter and they are always spot on with their recommendations. On top of all this is also a compounding pharmacy so you can get medications there that for the vast majority of this area you couldn't get anywhere else. I highly recommend this Pharmacy. I will say though that they don't have the same hours as say like a Walgreens or a CVS Etc. They're open Mondays through Fridays 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and on Saturdays from 9:00 to 1:00 I believe. Not open on Sundays but this isn't a big deal, as if you do need a refill or a medication that comes up on a Sunday they will fill it for you on Saturday to make sure you don't go a day without it and you don't have to jump through hoops and make phone call after phone call after phone call like you would with any other Big Brand Pharmacy. Just the best in in the business as far as I'm concerned.

In these troubling times with pharmacies shutting down or having distributor issues, it’s a tremendous relief to have a place like Pucci’s you can rely on.

My experience with Pucci’s has always been great - they are professional, respectful, and unwaveringly helpful with everything regarding prescriptions and vaccinations. This pharmacy is located in a convenient location, but it can get busy during peak hours. I like that offers online ordering and delivery, it's very convenient for me. I like that this pharmacy offers a rewards program, it's a nice perk. The staff are friendly, but sometimes the wait times can be a bit long.

Excellent, courteous, rapid service, for vaccines. Flawless online booking of appointments for vaxx shots. To avoid parking problem, I had my sister drop me off. Best thing, quick, helpful service for vaccinations. Bravo!

I am profoundly grateful to Pucci’s pharmacy for being so proactive in providing the covid vaccine to kids. They were one of the first in the area to get them in and start administering them to 6month through 5 this past summer. When the bivalent was just approved this past Friday, I was so relieved to find a place nearby that had the forethought to order these much needed vaccines ASAP. As a mom of two young children, I am deeply grateful to have my 18 month old and 3 year old get this added layer of protection. Thank you!!! The experience was as painless as a vaccine for little ones could possibly be!

Since stupid Sutter only offers vaccines for children under 5 yo in the Bay Area, I went looking for a local option. I was nervous about going to an unfamiliar pharmacy, but the customer service was friendly, prompt, and professional. Clint was so kind and full of information. My daughter did great and was very pleased with the box of crayons and lollipop she received for being brave. I'm actually looking forward to returning for the second shot in a month!

This place is pretty great to be honest. They are dealing with two simultaneous public health crises and doing it with a slight delay on vaccination. Plan to spend an extra 20 minutes here until we got monkey pox under control (the wait time affects COVID vaccines too).

I go every week or two to pick up meds for my family. I consider these people my friends. They know their customers and are ALWAYS helpful.

They've been super responsive and fast and nice. plus, i trust the medical advice i get from the pharmacists here and they're a really great resource to have when you have a small child.

I would never use a big chain after my great experience here.

Clint, Matt, and staff take great care in ensuring we get the prescriptions we need when we need them. They do what they can to get us the best price possible too. We love supporting this wonderful family owned business that supports us! Excellent, trustworthy service. A Sactown gem for sure!

Their staff are all very helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. They are always proactive with every facet of my prescription medications, from ordering to filling and letting me know if there are any issues from insurance to pick up time, and always in a timely manner.

Great pharmacy! Clint and Matt are great! They have been my pharmacy for quite sometime, and I wouldn't go anywhere else! Their staff always have a friendly smile.

For younger customers, hold onto your hats. This is a trip into the past. And that's an amazing trip. Tom, the owner, is not only a brilliant pharmacist, but he could be considered as a treasured family member. He actually does care about each customer. AMAZING! Pucci's Pharmacy provides services I challenge anyone to find any better anywhere in Sacramento. Such service, PERSONAL care each customer is privy to goes back to the days when doctors and pharmacists actually cared about patients and their wellbeing - almost as far back as "the horse-and-buggy days of yore". And yes. Pucci's DOES make house calls! ...deliveries for a next-to-nothing fee. This can be so helpful if you're so sick you can't get out of bed, much less drive to the pharmacy to pick up the pills you need to get well enough to drive safely once again.
But it is so much more than that. It's having Tom or Carla or one of the other staff members holler out your name and ask how you're doing today as you enter the store. Or it's asking you if you've read one of their unique and happily insane greeting cards, especially if you look a little tired or like you need a pleasant distraction from your daily routine. Or it's Tom reaching out and holding your hand and calmly explaining a new drug your doctor says you have to take after explaining it will not only help what ails you, but will most likely make all your long hair fall out. A simple "It'll be OK" goes so much further, somehow, when you know Tom's concern is genuine, not just some memorized phrase pharmacists at these huge conglomerate drugstores are told to say to make it 'seem' as if they maybe might care - until after you paid at the counter, at least. Tom is, in case you hadn't noticed, one of my heroes - as this little staff member named Carla (with a heart 10 times bigger than she is) - and both have been taking excellent, way 'above and beyond the call of duty' care of me for more years that any of us truly want to know. They are all family to me and each staff member treats me like I am part of theirs. I would never wander to some big-time pharmacy, be it inside an even BIGGER store where everything is supposedly cheaper, or by one of those conglomerate super-pharmacies who are too big, too impersonal to pay attention if some new drug you've been prescribed by a specialist not familiar with drug interactions for conditions totally unrelated to his specialty is now going to kill you. Tom and the other pharmacists at Pucci's are meticulous about such issues, constantly alert and current with knowledge of new drugs. They've actually caught such conflicting prescriptions for me and my friends over these past many years - literally saving my life on at least two occasions.
Yes. I always feel safe and extremely well taken care of as long as I am taken care of by each of the experts at Pucci's, big enough to have whatever you may need - but small enough to make sure every customer is treated like they are the ONLY customer and worth a million bucks. I LOVE my Pucci's.

This pharmacy is by far the best I have seen or been to in the Sacramento area . I Will continue to use there service indefinitely! If you need medication filled, questions about your insurance get prior authorization, they are on top of it.
They also carry a good supply of medical devices, have greeting cards, gifts etc. Conveniently located next to hospital.

They stayed open for me after they closed because walgreens never sent them my prescription. AND on the phone i didnt have to spend 5 minutes talking to a robot before i get to a human. I could literally write them a song, I'm so happy. THANK YOU PUCCIS! I'm never going anywhere else again.
