The food was amazing the waitress was sarcastic and hilarious!!!

We were in Oneida for just a few days but ate here three times because the food is so good! We had a good hearty breakfast that didn't break the bank, and the food shown here was our dinner another night. Fried shrimp and scallops, a very generous portion and fried perfectly. Even a simple burger was good. Service excellent, the waitresses were efficient, friendly and joked with us. I've been going here for over 40 years and they continue to provide fine food at good prices.

We had a steak meal and a queen prime rib. All was delicious. We had a sampler appetizer very yummy. Too much food. We took some meal home also dessert. Lemon meringue wears great and the coconut cream was yummy.

Excellent, relaxed atmosphere and service that exceeded all expectations. The food was superb and the prices were reasonable. I would definitely come back again as well as highly recommend.

1st time. Driving thru and decided to try something new. Seated right away, we were just past breakfast by 5min, chef approved we can still order breakfast if we wanted. Food was so good. Brought some home and even grabbed brownies on the way out. We will definitely stop by again.

Homely diner with great food, affordably priced. Authentic stove pipe in the dining room. Friendly waitresses. Gravel parking lot out front. In August 2022, Larry Sharpe made a stop here during his second campaign for New York Governor.

My wife, son, and I have been eating here periodically for about two years now. The food fluctuates in quality but has recently greatly improved. The pricing of the food that we ordered has remained lower than any other similar restaurant.
Knotty Pine is comparable to Keys Pancake House in Old Forge, the atmosphere is rustic in nature. The service and staff do their very best and it shows how much they genuinely care about our experience.
Dining here is comparable to a certain restaurant in the heart of Old Forge.
Dont miss a chance to stop by and eat at Knotty Pine. You won’t regret it.

The most recent visit was great. The slow cooked pot roast was excellent service was good. However, I will be honest, This was not always the case. Prior experience resulted in poor selection as the menu was " sold out because the owner failed to place a supply order." Not sure what changed, but the remodel seems to have improved not just the building but the cook and staff as well.

The chopped sirloin with gravy and mushrooms is delicious!

First time visit. Everything was great. Staff was friendly and attentive. We don't live in the area but were made to feel like we were regulars. Food was great. Prices were great. Busy but didn't wait for a seat or service. Thank you! We will be sure to tell our friends and will definitely return!
