I want to highlight Jared House from store #2289, Oneida, NY. He went over and above to help us replace a faulty hot water heater. He arranged to have the item delivered to us, saving us $250.00 that the plumber wanted to charge to pick it up at the store.
Jared was very understanding of our situation and handled it with care and compassion. We are extremely grateful. Please recognize Jared for his exemplary service (which is so rare in today’s world).
I also want to recognize the wonderful delivery drivers who came earlier than expected and were very accommodating.

Very organized and clean. It's also a nice place to take your dog if you need to grab a couple of things while getting him out of the house.

I went in this morning to get a shelf and have it cut. My measurements were very precise. I asked Joshua if he could cut it for me and he was happy to. He cut it perfectly and it fit right where I needed it!! Also Keith got down from a ladder to help me find shelf pins. He took me right to them! Always a wonderful bunch of employees at that Lowes!

The Christmas display right when you walk in is something out of a Christmas movie. Staff extremely helpful store was super clean and we couldn't ask for better service overall. This gentleman Mike help me this morning with the mower and I really appreciate it thank you Mike I wish those would change your policy and allowed tips because I think you definitely deserve one today.

Had what I wanted plus Veterans discount helped. Great place to shop.

I was looking for a gazebo they had 1 I ordered it . The delivery personnel delivered it 2 days later . It took alot longer than we expected . It's up and looking good. I also needed a new air-conditioner they had 2 in stock I bought 1 so with the temp being in the high 80's it came in handy ..

Great deals and more, we actually went there and they let us use the garden center to help train our dog..a top notch place!

Everything is easy to find and the staff here is helpful.

We went in for a washer and dryer. Of course the set we wanted wasn't available or in stock(most likely in a shipping container stranded at some port).
That's when Dave and Sammy jumped into action! After 30 minutes they found a comparable set. Delivery and set up within 48 hours! Awesome job Dave and Sammy!! Great savings as well at Lowe's!!

I recently purhased a grill from Lowe's and the grill did not start during a picnic we had. Unfortunately we had to broil everything inside. The next day I called and spoke to the manager of the Oneida Store, Aaron is his name. I exlained everything. The next day Lowes came and picked up the grill and brought a new grill. Aaron made sure it was tested and it worked. I was extremely impressed! He took over right away and new exactly how to make it right! That says a lot of a GOOD manager! I taught at the Collegiate level Consumer Behavior for decades and Aaron is exactly what a manager should be!

Ordered several pavers and the employees in the gardening department all were happy to help promptly and efficiently as a team. Thank u

Very helpful staff. One of the managers went out of his way to help me get a fan that was on the very top shelf. It was a better fan and cheaper than the one I was looking at. My Huskies loved it. Laid right down and were a sleep.

I recently purchased a grill which had to be partially disassembled in order for it it fit in my car. Jessa assisted me with this, which entailed her standing in the boiling parking lot with me for over 30 minutes. Jessa went above and beyond for me that day, and whats more, she was very pleasant the entire time. It was a prime example of outstanding customer service. Thanks again Jessa!

Lowe's is a great place to shop. Lots of household eye candy for the home constructionists, but most importantly you can find everything you need to keep a home safe and operational. I needed to replace my furnace filters. I was quickly directed to the correct aisle. I stood in front of a large shelving unit filled with filters and couldn't find the exact correct size... Dismay was about to set in, when out of the BLUE, a sales person arrived and helped me. I actually needed 2 filters of different sizes and one was not common. So, the salesperson convinced me to purchase 3M basic air cleaning filter, that can be cut to fit. Today's adventure will be cutting out the filters. There are 2 morals to this story. 1) Go to Lowe's and ask for help. 2) Change your furnace filters regularly and I mean Regularly!!!😸

Well, I went to Lowe's to get a couple of light bulbs and ended up getting a new Christmas display.

I really like Lowe's. Good prices, most of the employees actually know what they are doing. And there's a lot verity in what they sell. Plus the workshops they have are very informative. If you haven't been there you should go and get to know the them.

Lowe's home improvement worked with me in till I got the right trailer hitch for my vehicle. Very personable employees and staff. Always greeted with a smile and their workers always help me when I cannot find something.

Aarron was incredible to work with! You guys are lucky to have him! He was knowledgeable and understanding and patient with us and took care of our every need and then some! Thank you for making our shopping experience wonderful Aarron!
