Stopped for breakfast in the drive thru. Had a small mishap with my sandwich so I went into the restaurant. Madison was very professional. She took care of the problem quickly and efficiently and explained what happened. My sandwich was exchanged. She was friendly and courteous. I was very pleased and will come back!

I brought my student athletes in here from my College, and they ordered a whole bunch of chicken nuggets. They had the courtesy of delivering our meals to our tables. Very professional for a fast food business.

We go to Burger King often as our go-to place for it in a hurry quick dinner they always have good specials the food is always fresh the workers are very friendly in the shop is always clean

Never had a messed up order. Will make order fresh if asked. Also has Surge soda which is a bonus.

This Chittenango Burger King was great. We were tired and hungry, they were fast at serving us and the food was tasty.

Just tried the new impossible burger. Staff was great!! They asked if I wanted it microwaved so it didn’t get cooked on the same grill as the burgers. The impossible burger was excellent!!

Hubby tried the new burger the king xl said it was ok but he likes the double whopper better. There just so friendly and nice their.

outstanding service ....they custom did my entire meal... the wait staff was incredibly friendly ....the atmosphere was welcoming and everything clean!

They have frozen Coke or Orange Soda similar to a frozen slushy,Had the frozen Orange and had Vanilla Ice cream added to it,Oh my was, just like a Creamsicle!!!!

Love this burger king, everyone is friendly especially the cashier named Nick. Great service, will come back! :)
