TOPS Friendly Markets

Easy store to get in and out of, especially if you're only grabbing a couple of things. Carts are always available and usually clean.

Thank you to the great people who work in this Tops. I have been living on the mayonnaise farm for so long I forgot how to function in a high-tech society. The self-checkout demanded I take $40 in cash back after purchasing my moon pies and ring dings. Not until I was back home at 52 Mayonnaise Lane, enjoying a sliver of moon pie did I remember I forgot my $40 in the money printing machine back at Tops self-checkout (first one on the right). When I arrived back to Tops 30 min later the nice people had my $40 in an envelope waiting for me and were nice enough not to laugh at my little incident. I hope a manager gets to read this so they can take credit for the good people that were working in Tops the evening of July 24 2023.

Great deli selection... Boars Head meats and cheeses

In Chittenango NY is a great place to shop. Employees are very nice and helpful 😃

With the exception of the deli manager everyone in the store is extremely friendly and accommodating. They work very hard stocking shelves and coolers the store is extremely clean and well organized.

If you ever need a cake, come here!
I needed a cake for my two children's birthday party and was swamped with work, so I forgot to order one until the day before. The bakery said 'no problem', asked what I wanted, which my only reply was half balloons and half flowers with their names on it. We picked it up the next day to an amazing surprise of half blue and half pink/purple as well! The cake was so decorated so nicely and it tasted amazing!
Definitely one of the best cakes I have tasted, will be coming back for all birthday cakes from now on.

I was extremely impressed with everything at the store. Very clean,well stocked with everything, from toilet paper too meats .Takes a lot of stress away from me during the Covid 19.The employees were all busy and stocking shelves as I shopped. Thank you Tops

Best Tops I've ever been to! Everyone is very nice & always helpful. Store is nice size & always clean. And you never have to wait long in line.

We get our groceries here because it is the closest market to us. Friendly service, well stocked shelves. Prices are good. Hubby shops the specials.

Like they say tops never stops saving your money much more variety than you'll find at Wegmans and any other store locally and very friendly and courteous people that want to help you with anything you need in the store

All the selection one expects from TOPS plus a fun Wizard of Oz theme throughout. Soon, the largest beer and wine emporium in Upstate New York will open next door as part of the Yellow Brick Road Casino. At least, that's the brag. It will be called the Tin Man's Flask. TOPS can't stock booze but this will mean park one convenience for all your weekend needs. Have a snack before shopping at the Hearts & Courage lounge.

TOPS is of the of the places if you got their reward card they give you huge discount. Some of their items are expensive sometimes but I would say it worth spending it because is real.

Tops in chittenango is clean and well layed out. Wish they had newer pastas like lentil pasta or brown rice pasta. It would save me a trip to another store

This store isn't Wegmans,nor does it try to be.What it is is a lovely small town grocery store with adequate choices and a staff that is friendly and helpful. I like it.
