Jason VP was great. We came in with an issue with the bill that a customer service rep had messed up. Jason analyzed the account and found us a much better and cheaper solution with upgrading three lines. Lowered our bill and took care of everything for us. Thank you so much!

We had such a great experience at Verizon! We switched to Verizon and it was wonderful! The last time with on other phone system took hours! We were done in 75 min Tim took great care to make sure all the details were taken care of and the best part was the follow up phone calls to check on our experience with the new phones and system. Not once but twice! Customer service above and beyond! It doesn’t get any better than that!!!

I Recently work with Tom just starting out with any kinda of phone contract. That man went above and beyond to help me we sat in the Oneida store on the phone trying to get though to talk to some one to get my stuff straight out for more less an hour and I didn’t hear one Complaint and i went home and he still stayed on the phone in till he got a costumer. He a great helpful guy I could ask for anyone better to work with. Every question I had he had a answer to. Thank you Tom for your help I truly appreciated it!!

I went into the Verizon store in Oneida to add a line and purchase a phone for my son. The representative, Tom, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He was also training so he had questions coming from both myself and the trainee. He was patient and answered all of my questions. He went into detail about my upcoming bills and was thorough! Highly recommend this store!

I saw Tim Scanlon today at the Verizon cellular sales. He got me into a new phone, with insurance and accessories for only $12 more a month on my original bill. I love these guys, need a new phone that's your place to go!
