I called George at 8pm on Tuesday and he had Emilio out within an hour to get a CVS back up and running. Fast and friendly service. If you need an electrician in a pinch these are your guys!!

I had a great experience with New York City Electricians - George, David, and William make a great team. They upgraded the wiring to support an induction stove in my home. William was extremely proactive in communicating throughout the project and explaining the work. David did a great job with the wiring and even came back the next day on short notice to help with installation of the stove after the appliance store’s installation team failed. Many thanks.

I had an emergency electrical issue in my apartment. I called New York City Electricians spoke to George who took all my info over the phone. He was very polite. He got my appointment booked for the same day service the electrician arrives named Emilio did a fantastic job he locate the problem as soon as he arrives. These guys know their job. If you ever find yourself in need of an electrician, CALL THEM! I found myself searching for an electrician online and called them based on their reviews - all of which are absolutely correct. George was professional, responsive, helpful and KIND. I ended up not needing them (it turned out to be a Con Ed issue on the block), and George promptly refunded me, on his own (!!) when i called to cancel the appointment. He stayed in touch and followed up the next day to be sure our issue was resolved. But above all - when i was panicked, George's reassurance kept me calm. If i ever need an electrician, they are the only ones I'll call.

George and Edison did an amazing job. We had water in our fuse box due to a roof leak in our building. George answered immediately when we called at 11:30pm and kept us up to date on what we needed to do to keep ourselves and the apartment safe and throughout the whole process. Edison, the electrician, arrived promptly and explain what the issues were. Thankfully they also noticed some hotspots due to previous wiring that was completed badly. They promptly replaced the fuse box and ensured we were happy. We also noticed how methodical Edison was in making sure things were done right, and an hour after he left, before which he explained what he did, George called to make sure we felt comfortable and satisfied with the job. 10 stars if I could give it.

I called yesterday for an appointment and George was so accommodating and was able to send two wonderful electricians to replace my ceiling fan. They could not have been nicer,! They were efficient and very thorough. Thank you!!

On time, very professional and exceedingly competent-rare to get an electrician this good for a true emergency-better than my usual electrician i have had for 20 years. They responded on a late Friday night before Labor Day weekend- did a major job troubleshooting a burned out electrical panel, bad circuit breakers and CFL balast-willing to work at night when my business(medical office) is closed. I cannot say enough good things about this company and its manager George. They came and did a great job when all the other electricians i had used in the past did not respond.

Amazing and well run company of electrical professionals! George and Charles were both fantastic to work with, we had an electrical issue that they were able to repair in one shot. George especially did his due diligence beforehand asking for details on the repair so they were able to fix everything in one day. Exceptionally professional and prompt with responses and providing required documentation, I’ll be using them as my go-to electricians in the future

I can’t even begin to explain the amount of panic I was in when I called New York City Electricians. I had an incident in my apartment with one of my electrical outlets and was desperate for someone to come out and take a look right away. I spoke to George on the phone who immediately put me at ease. I explained the situation and he worked to get someone out to me within a few hours and I was so appreciative. Not only that, but he continued to update me on the technicians arrival time and checked in throughout the process and you don’t always get that level of service in NY. Emilio was the technician who arrived and he was very professional and handled the job thoroughly and within 30 minutes. I am forever thankful for how professional and quickly they handled the job and will be using them again should I ever have another electrical issue! Can’t thank the team enough!

Our power went out at 10pm on a Saturday. We thought it’d take forever to figure out what happened and how to fix it. Fortunately we got a hold of George and Emilio. They quickly came to our place, diagnosed and fixed the problem. Saved us from sleeping without AC is horrible summer heat. Would highly recommend to anyone.

I had an electrical issue that had to be addressed immediately. I have never in any city had someone respond so quickly and turn around and do the job in one working day, It is unheard of. George who organized everything was reassuring, kind and positive he made the whole, very stressful situation as smooth as can be. Both Wilson and Evan who executed the job were incredible, professional and went above and beyond to get the work done in a timely manner but also to make it look spotless after. I called on Saturday April, 22nd at around 11:45 pm with an emergency. I received a called back from George two minutes later and he was really professional and informative. I explained my issue and George explained that it will be a quick response time. Amazing experience, will recommend always, five out five stars.

I called NYC electricians in the morning and they were able to get here same day in the afternoon. Quickly resolved the issue, explained it well, and we’re highly professional. I definitely recommend them.

Evan restored my faith in humanity with his professionalism and expertise. His work ethic and personality are one of a kind. The contractor working on my bathroom blew out my circuit breaker leaving me without power for four days and promising each day to bring an electrician. On Christmas Eve day, a holiday when no one was working, I called New York electricians and Evan arrived an hour and a half later as promised. He had my power on in 5 minutes and fixed an electrical outlet too. Evan is my electrician from now on!

Our electrition Evan was extremely nice and professional. We had a power outage we believed caused by a water leak. I called at 6pm on a Friday night asking for emergency service and Evan was there an hour later. He quickly found the root of the problem,fixed what was needed and was done in less than an hour. 10/10.

It was 1am Sunday morning when my electrical problem began. I panicked after seeing a spark from an electrical box in the boiler room of my basement. In a situation like this, you can't sleep. After calling several 24 hr electricians in my area, I finally stumbled across this company. All I can say is thank you Jesus, George guided me through shutting down the electricity going through that line because I was hearing the current. He put me totally at ease until the electrician is able to get here and fix it. Thank you soooo very much for your genuine concern and help.

Technician arrived at my household for a midnight emergency. I was stressing out; technician was able to release my stress with his professionalism in a calmly manner. He knew exactly how to fix the problem on a short time schedule I’m extremely satisfied. I’ll will definitely contact them on a next issue.

Great experience with my fist heating repair guy. I have never ever called a heating repair company. They were nice and they cleaned up their mess. Very quick service and a fair price.

Great Electrical Company to work with once we got the time schedule they call 1 hour before the electrician arrive to update us with the electrician name an arrival time when William got here he locate the problem in under 20 minutes got all our lights back on thank you New York City electricians you guys are great
