I purchased a stainless double door fridge and freezer for my restaurant in Idaho. Shipping was fast and I believe pricing is better than other competitors.

Our food pantry puchased a commercial freezer from Iron Mountain and the staff, especially Jill, were very personable and professional. Everything went so smoothly, including the delivery coordination, and the freezer has performed so well, that we purchased a second one this past week. Excellent product. Excellent customer service. I purchased matching single door refrigerator and freezer. I was a little worried about making such a big purchase online and having never interacted with the Seller or seen the products in-person.

After placing my order, they contact me to let me know the exact date my shipment would be sent and what to expect throughout the entire shipping process.

My fridge/freezer arrived on time and in excellent condition.

After taking delivery, I called them back to get some additional aftermarket parts that I wanted and they answered the phone right away (no voicemails or dial menus), and made the entire process from payment to shipping additional parts fast and easy.

All I can say is wow! The customer service at Iron Mountain greatly exceeded my expectations. Who gets to talk to a live person these days? Especially surprised when Jill returned my call twice to clarify my questions and make sure she understood my needs. Great product so far and it arrived fast and damage free. They had my back bar cooler protected with Masonite, bubble wrap and corner panels! Plus they back their product with a warranty even though I am using in a non-commercial application! Feeling really good right now about my decision!

I recently purchased a back bar cooler for my bar/restaurant in Chicago and from the time of order to delivery, I had it in about 28 hours. I was amazed! Their service and delivery company where so prompt and kept me informed. They call my cell phone prior to arrive to make sure I was there. The delivery company they use was outstanding and very friendly, bringing the cooler to the back using the lift, etc. I wish sales and service was like this with other companies. Awesome customer and technical service. Had some initial issues with uneven cooling so I gave them a call. The receptionist was super friendly and took down some information concerning the problem to hand off to the tech. I was transferred over and informed I'd be speaking to Shari. I waited about one minute. Shari immediately recognized the issue and precisely instructed me how to solve it. It was nothing more than a few tweaks to the cooling parameters, and recognizing the condenser filter was dirty causing icing in the refrigeration fan unit. Totally easy, and totally satisfied!

I had an issue processing my own order online and reached out to the company after hours via email. Shari, the service manager replied the next morning offering to help! When I called she was just as friendly and helpful over the phone. She was very efficient and knowledgeable. I don’t think I was on the phone even 5 minutes and she completed the entire transaction. I received an email confirmation that my order was processed and a tracking email shortly after that. I received my product in two days and my refrigerator was working before our next event. Ordered the 2 door residential back bar cooler. It was shipped in a timely manner and Iron Mountain takes great care in packaging the cooler for delivery. Unboxed the unit and it was perfect. Received a call after my order to go over delivery instructions. Overall experience was perfect.

It's not often you can call a company and talk to a real person on the phone, and that person is nice and willing to help with your questions. I had a few questions before buying a residential undercounter refrigerator, and they happily got me the answers I needed.

Ordered the next day at a price lower than other websites, then received multiple update messages letting me know the progress as it got to my home. Product is just as expected, so this was a great experience overall. Would happily recommend to anyone I know!

Didn't see any reviews from drivers so here's my 2 cents. Turn on 88th Ave and you'll see the docks on the west side of the red and gray building. Clean and spacious facility so backing is super easy. The staff were courteous, helpful and professional. Receiving hrs 09: to 14:00 back to any open dock. They start unloading immediately so in and out in less than 1 hr. Great place to deliver, will come back anytime the opportunity arises.
