Odis Parker - State Farm Insurance Agent

My family has been using Odis Parker for our insurance for years. Once I moved out on my own, I continued to utilize Odis and his team as my trusted insurance provider. Odis and his team send holiday cards multiple times a year, and are always friendly. I would also like to give kudos to Staci M, who I know I can always call or email her with questions and concerns. She is always so fast and helpful with her responses. I couldn’t recommend a better team!

Odis Parker is a very knowledgeable, professional and personal agent who we’ve been clients of for many years! His employee, Staci, has been there for me so often, esp. as I’ve raised four kids to be teen drivers. She has always been wonderful at personal customer service—listening and explaining things in a patient, kind manner.

I am a college student who regularly changes my policy depending on when I’ll be back home to drive. Staci always makes the process easy, quick, and enjoyable and is sweet about answering whatever questions I have (and I usually have a lot lol). She is diligent in her work and I greatly appreciate the service that her and other State Farm agents at this branch provide.

I have been with Sate Farm for a while now I remember Odis took his time and to see us at our place that was a honor for us the other insurance company we were with did not that for us that alone is the reason why we are still with Sate Farm. I have been with Otis Parker ever since he took over the agency and have been nothing but completely satisfied. My household has 4 auto policies and our homeowners insurance with him and have never had an issue when I have needed them. This agency has a large clientele but when ever I call Stacy kowns me just by the sound of my voice and has my policies pulled up before I can even tell her what I need. Otis personally takes calls when the admins are all tied up and will take care of everything right there. I have had State Farm for over 30 years and have been nothing but happy and satisfied with them

Mr. Parker has been my insurance agent for years now, we have car, life, and home insurance with Odis. He and his staff are kind, knowledgeable and have an open ear for all of my policy needs. My latest endeavor is using their Drive Safe and Save App on my phone. Right off the bat we've saved $58 in 1/2 year premiums. I expect to have more knocked off my premiums because we don't drive that much any more. When we do, we drive defensively as usual to stay safe.
