Greenpoint Storage Plus

Excellent customer service!! Super clean and organized. I’ve used several storage units in NYC and Greenpoint Storage Plus is by far the best. Highly recommend. I’m almost sad that I’m moving my items out back to the apartment.

Excellent service from start to finish! The staff who work here are so friendly and knowledgeable, especially Monica and Daniel. They will help you find the perfect size space for your needs. The facilities are very clean, and you can see they are well maintained each day. There is a drive up loading dock with carts provided for customers to use, and also easy access to the freight elevator from the sidewalk which is extremely useful for big moves. Renting a storage space here has been a wonderful experience, and I am very hard to impress!

I found the service to be excellent. The facility was clean well lit and we were always offered assistance with our items.

I'll save you a lot of wasted energy, you will not find a better deal. We live in Manhattan but having been using Greenpoint Storage for years. It's clean, safe and there are no surprise charges like some other places. The staff is super friendly and helpful!

One of the best storage unit experiences I’ve had in NYC. Daniel is super helpful and immediately responsive with anything you need. The units are clean and secure and easy to move in and out of and they provide dollys and carts to transport your stuff at all times!

Besides being clean & secure, the people here are personable and patient, and go out of there way for you.

I misplaced my cellphone while moving stuff into my storage, and Guru not only called me, he (or maybe Stephanie?) put the phone in a sturdy cardboard envelope with my name on it at the front desk for safe keeping.

The Main Office has a cool little "library" made of choice books people left or donated when moving. From the Wizard of Oz to an Oliver Sacks Medical book, and you can keep them if you want :-)

They also hung famous Manhattan street signs in the various hallways...which is a fun pick-me-up when moving stuff !

By FAR THE BEST PLACE. As a Real Estate Developer I went through way too many storage companies(around 30). Storage plus is by far the best, they kept my stuff safely and clean, customer service is A++++. I highly recommend storage plus to everyone and to every business that needs storage. It truly is the cleanest and classiest storage facility I have ever dealt with.

Top notch service. Very friendly. Helpful and prompt responses. Clean units with a giant elevator to get all your things up in one go. I was also able to drop off my one way uhaul rental here which was super handy. Very happy that we found this place.

I’ve been using storage facilities across the 5 boroughs for years and I can say for certain this is, by far, the most reliable, convenient and customer friendly one I’ve ever utilized. The customer service manager, Rom, is super quick in case I ever need anything. Prices are also very fair.

5 stars for this facility and it’s staff. Very personable and very helpful.

Nice staff, never had an issue. Prices did go up a bit during my time there but hey its New York. No complaints
