NYE Ford Collision

I used Nue Body Shop for decades when the Nye family owned it. I was a loyal customer for decades. I used the body shop on half a dozen occasions or more. They always did good work. The last time, they were purchased by some big company and it all went to hell in hand basket.
I recently had a minor accident, I went elsewhere. I was already upset that the door they repaired made me settle for different trim straps, and the paint at the seam constantly chips. The front bumper was peeled I thought from stones on the road.
The company repairing the recent damage asked me of was aware that it had been fixed previously. I said yes, he then told me it was not prepared properly before painting, and it was an after market NON TOYOTA part. Nye assured me, as a TOYOTA dealer they would use original OEM parts. I insisted on TOYOTA parts ONLY. So now I suspect they never prepared the door correctly either!!
I have been totally disgusted by the new management and the horrible customer service, and evidence I am finding about cutting corners and lack of integrity and transparency!!
I will never use them or buy any additional vehicles from NYE.
