McCullough's LTC Pharmacy

Local pharmacy with old school service. Bob and Grant (knowledgeable & friendly pharmacists) will go out of their way to provide outstanding customer service with a neighborhood feel. Nice gift shop, as well. They even wrapped my gift for free!!

I worked very closely with McCullough's LTC Pharmacy for almost 15 years. They handled all of the medications for our clients that we served in the Whitewater area (adults with disabilities) and the level of service and professionalism that was delivered on a consistent basis was amazing. Bob and Grant, along with all of the folks in the Long Term Care department (Denise!!) are amazing people who are always willing to do anything possible to help out. There were many, many times where we needed medications in a pinch and they were always willing to go the extra mile to help us and our clients out. I would highly recommend that any local LTC organization look into McCullough's as their provider!!

McCullough’s Pharmacy provides a standard of service unmatched by any others in the area. They actively seek out options that save their customers money—such as ordering from different manufacturers or finding coupons that lower copays. As a result, prescriptions filled at McCullough’s often cost significantly less than they would if they were filled at, say, Walgreens. Whereas other pharmacies serve essentially as medication dispensaries, the pharmacists at McCullough’s are true partners in care. When insurance denies coverage or requires preauthorization, McCullough’s goes to bat for us as advocates, and they are usually successful. In the three years in which I have been a customer, they have come to know me and my family on a level that one would expect of doctors. I strongly recommend choosing them as your pharmacy. They do a truly exceptional job.

There is nothing better than McCullough's! They are kind, caring, incredibly competent, and convenient. I also love their gift shop. The fact that they wrap for free is awesome.

The main business of this pharmacy is the "good old boy" connection with Fairhaven over charging residents for medication / Medicare. WHY does Fairhaven not get competitive bids from other pharmacies ie Wal-Mart?
-Collusion- may be?

small-town pharmacy in Whitewater have the good-ol-boys connection and get referrals or ?? From local nursing homes (Fairhaven)they DON'T have your best interests in mind.
"It's all for your Mother" don't belive it.

I had a problem with one of the owner's wife posting my Mothers personal and confidential information on e mail to an employee at uww. I filed a complaint with us department of State for "Public Disclosure of Private Facts" after investigating I feel McCullough pharmacy has addressed and responded accordingly.
