Been to this location several times in the last 10 days. Staff is always friendly. John is really the go to guy for his helpful knowledge & can do friendly attitude. The company itself seems to have some system computer issues that need to be made more streamlined & user friendly. However the employees at this location in my experiences, provide customer satisfaction at every visit. Well done!

We are from the upper peninsula of Michigan, and our brake pads started grinding when going through Whitewater when traveling with our 3 month old. We stopped at the store in town and Becky (it started with a B...my husband is terrible with names) was working. She helped us out with parts, sent her boyfriend, Scott, to the Fort Atkins store for a part they didn't have there, and provided tools to get us back in driving shape. I can't recommend this place enough! The staff were extremely helpful, and we are so grateful!

What a great place! I was on the road 30 minutes from my house when my CHECK ENGINE LIGHT went on. I stopped in, they tested my car at no charge, said I needed a intake solenoid for $53.00. I went home, one of the parts guy explained to me how to take out the old and install the new one. In 20 minutes, some simple wrench work, I was back rolling with the new part installed. CHECK ENGINE LIGHT was now off. They were very helpful in solving my problem. A dealer would have probably wanted $400-$500. A BIG thank you to them in Whitewater!

I came into the Advanced in Whitewater this afternoon to get a new battery. Easton got the right one I needed but was the only one working. He had a lot of other customers coming & going but was still able to install the battery and check the electrical system. 2👍 and a 5+💥 for Easton.

Went in asking for wiper blades walked out 10 minutes later, blades installed and was asked if 'I needed anything else at all ' before I left, 2 very professional men offering polite and courteous service thank you Whitewater Advance Auto, I'll be back

Had something strange going on with the car. They did a free battery test which showed I was getting only half the amps as the battery was rated. Bought a new battery, they installed it. No more problems.

Very helpful and know what they are doing. Their very polite and understanding. I'm from Illinois and they helped me get back on the road and for that I am very grateful. I will always go to them for help and parts. Thank you Advance Auto Parts for being there for us.

The owner is kind and knowledgeable. The staff is very helpful and nice. We do all of our business for our company vehicles and some parts for our racing team with this store. There’s no reason to go anywhere else.

For body work they have some of the stuff inside, but some of the stuff not. but what do you expect for a small store in a small town compared to other areas. But overall you can get the stuff in a day or two if needed by ordering.
