Kroger

I haven't been to this store in 21 years. I was so surprised to see the change. It was so clean and smelled so good. I was there for 2 reasons,,fresh fruit and a Birthday cake. I was not disappointed. I bought oranges, bananas, blackberries and blueberries. The blackberries were so good and sweet.
When I went to the bakery the bakery manager was the one that took care of me. She was so helpful and kind. I wasn't sure what I wanted and she never lost her patience with me. Shelly was super!!!
I would recommend everyone to go there. I am out of State and was so pleased by the way I was treated.

Like this store a lot. The Employees are always nice and helpful. They try hard to check people out quickly.

They had everything that was on my grocery list.. Cashier was friendly and so was the bagger. Nice atmosphere .

Apparently around noon on Monday is a good time to go if you don't want a big crowd.. should of went earlier for the meat markdowns but they still have pretty good deals.

The floral department made two altar arrangements and boutonnieres for my daughter's wedding. The flowers were beautiful, they stayed fresh for a week, and the cost was incredibly reasonable. I may never go to a traditional flower shop again. Thank you, Madison, for making my daughter's day even more special!

Kroger was not very busy at all tonight. I went in to pick up a few things for lunches for the week and some snacks. Customer service was very nice and very helpful. M

I have been coming in every day since Thursday 03/12/20 to pick up Rx's for my mom of course with a mile long line. No big deal but fix the drive through pick up!!! This virus going around and you stand in line close to sick people! You say you are doing your best to sanitize. No disinfectant wipes for the carts are available and of all things we should be able to drive up to the pharmacy to protect ourselves!

Nicest staff! This is truly what you call a down home Kroger. The people are genuine and helpful and I really hope they're getting paid what they're worth! They're incredibly helpful and don't mind stepping away from what they're doing to assist customers. It's one of the smaller Kroger's but they are the real deal!

They had the special dog food I needed and the others didn't! Plus I had coupons to buy one get one free, and it saved me almost $60.00! And the store wasn't too busy, so I got what I wanted and got out of the store very quickly! The employees are very nice too!

This store is by far the best Kroger around me. I have been shopping there for years now. Tracey, Dawn, Melissa, from the front have always been beyond helpful. Brittany and Dee have always taken care of anything I needed with nothing but smiles on their faces. And last but not least, Eric in the produce has made sure to help me with anything I need, and never once made me feel like he was rushing to get away.

Great customer service, very clean environment with plenty of registers open. Love the store I never have a problem finding anything...

Store was super busy because of the weather scare, but all of the employees were calm and professional. They were out of bogo tyson breasts but Devin in meat dept helped me out and gave me chicken breast from the meat counter for the same deal. Good service!

I love the Trenton Kroger store. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The store is clean, orderly and well organized. I am eslecially impressed with the fact the little stand for free fruit for children is always well stocked. Great job, Trenton Kroger.

They have a wonderful staff ,, I even get my prescriptions filled here and they are all awesome in the pharmacy, they are always there to answer my questions.. this Kroger is very clean and I never have a problem checking out.. love this place

Shame on Kroger on Oxford St.Rd.! Employees were asked to do training. The employees that didn't do training yet were shamed by hanging their names at the time clock along with a message saying that these are the employees that are bringing the company down.
Shame on you for trying to shame employees!! This is a clear HR violation!!

Helpful and. Amazing. Christina was new and stoped doing what she was and was extremely helpful find what I looking for and made me feel like it was no problem. I usually go to a different store but this service has won me over I will come back even though it is a little more futher away

Kroger's is conveniently located by my house I find that most everything except Dairy products is cheaper there than at Walmart I would definitely recommend anybody that's on a tight budget 2 Shot both places and know what you're buying and what the prices are at the other store if you're buying name brand Kroger is almost always cheaper if you buying store brand then it's a toss-up between Kroger and Walmart but 90% of the time Dairy is always cheaper at Walmart happy shopping

Always able to find what I am looking for. Friendly associates quality prices for quality products especially if you use their digital services such as the Kroger app and digital coupons
