The pharmacy always trying hard the store is clean and organized but the workers are a little uncaring and slow.

Long wait in drive thru pharmacy. Been here 15 min.

6pm on a Saturday they closed. The pharmacy guy is rude. So much of a inconvenience for people.

Slowest pharmacy in the world. No one in line at the drive thru. Now going on 15 minutes with service at 7:45 pm pathetic.called in 5 days ago. And go figure it's not ready

I see that the reviews here are horrible, and I know why from experience. I have been a customer of CVS for as long as I can remember, and am loyal to the brand. I recently moved to the area and this is the closest CVS pharmacy to me. My doctor sent in some prescriptions and one was a few days too early. This medication is for a 30 day supply. It was due to be filled on the 16th, 9 days ago. I called and waited on hold for an extremely long time to finally speak to the Pharmacist, Irene. Wow! She is extremely rude. She told me that it was my responsibility to call and tell them to fill it if a prescription was placed on hold. I have never had that happen in over 15 years. Usually when the time to fill it arrives, it is indeed filled. I then asked what time it would be ready and she slammed the phone down. Horrible customer service. I will not go back after picking up this prescription. Read the reviews people. Middletown and Trenton are not that far. This is one place you should avoid at all cost.

UPDATE - I have never had a bad experience at any other CVS, and I have moved with my company and lived in multiple states, always choosing them. I spoke to customer service and informed them of this as well.

Dr sent a prescription at 10am, I received an alert that CVS received it. The rest of the day passed with no alert that it was filled or that they ran out of the medicine I needed. My husband went to pick it up at 5pm, they said they were out. A text or phone call to notify me earlier in the day so I could try to get it filled somewhere else would have been helpful. If they can send a notice when the prescription has been received they should just as easily be able to send one indicating further action is needed or there's an issue.

Run!!!!!!!! Don’t walk RUN away from this pharmacy!!!! I’d give this CVS location 0 stars if I could! They never have my meds ready on time and have randomly closed unannounced numerous times, which always seems to end up on weekends when I’m supposed to fill my meds, such as September 17 and 18, 2022!! Can’t transfer certain meds nor get your insurance to pay for it once they’ve “processed” your order. This pharmacy desperately needs new management!! They aren’t going to get any more of my business!!

Had an appt for a PCR test/covid test at 11am today. We arrived at 10:50 and a very rude pharmacy tech said they couldn't do the test because their equipment wasn't working !!! She also said that we should have gone through the drive thru because that is the only place the tests are done! They should have text or emailed that they COULDN'T KEEP THE APPT !!!! We actually received a text the day before saying " Do not forget your test appt"!!! There is no signage anywhere around the building that says go to drive thru!!! Will never go to this location again and suggest you don' t either, until they correct this sloppy way of doing business!!

Miranda the technician was absolutely the worst! She didn't remove the cardboard from the drive thru even though their lunch break was over. Waited for several minutes. She was also very rude when I asked how long it would take to order a medication she rolled her eyes before asking the pharmacist.

Most frustrating voice message system I have ever delt with. Called to see if they had at home covid tests in stock and I was directed online after 4 menus. I tried again to speak to a person in pharmacy and still couldn't get through. Online says call the store call in says go online. I shouldn't have to go into the store to find out if they have a covid test in stock.

Time to go elsewhere. I used to get my prescriptions from here in a timely fashion, was always texted when they were ready. Now, I’m lucky to get a text, sometimes I sit on hold for too long, and today, I found out a prescription that had been called in two days ago was still not filled because they are “5 days behind”. When I get this script, I will be heading to Kroger for the monthly one I have to fill currently and I won’t be back.

Went to CVS yesterday at 5 almost 6pm to get some medication that was sent about 1 pm and it wasnt ready... Waited 25 for them to tell me it was going to be ready in 30 min extra.. I left mad.... Today at 8'clock went to dropp off my son prescription because he is sick l, as soon I go to the drive thru the Pharmaceutic says to come tomorrow because they were closing. As far as I know they close at 9 pm. What ever, i told him to get the medication that i had "ready" waited about 10 min for him
to tell me, they dont have it in Stockk!!! I bet you know how pisses I really am, So I left.. went to pick up some stuffs at krogger, got out about 8:24 to see there is people in the drive-thru getting there medication? So whats up with that!!

Can I give 0 stars??? This is the worst pharmacy I've ever seen....tried for years hoping they would get better, last straw today...major surgery and need meds filled asap, tell me an hour, come back in two hrs to find out still not ready, system went down? No phone call, no heads up, I'll be moving to Kroger's from now on
