My son has sensory issues when getting his hair cut, and at times he can be very difficult to manage in the chair. Cassidy did a great job cutting my son’s hair and went above and beyond with making him feel calm. She took her time with his hair and kept him engaged the entire cut. It came out great. I really appreciate the extra care. Highly recommend.

Lee was awesome! She’s super cool and a great hair stylist. Also gives great tips on how to style hair. Appreciate her service and advice. 10/10 will come back

Cassidy is amazing! I went in with a mess of a mop on my head and she performed a miracle! 😄 Really should have taken before and after pictures. I highly recommend booking an appointment with her for your next cut.

The stylists are always friendly and helpful. The mobile check in keeps wait time at a minimum. Overall great experience!

I enjoy getting my haircut here. Staff are always friendly and they do an awesome job. This is my preferred store. Depending on time it can be busy. I have a preferred stylist but I won’t tell you so not to prolong my wait. Lol

Very glad I decided to go to Sport Clips in Parma. I've been having trouble finding a stylist to cut my hair since I decided to grow it longer. Haley was excellent. Very knowledgeable and I had a wonderful cut. Highly recommended.

Every time I come to the store, I’m greeted almost immediately by staff. The hair cut, wash, and conversation keep me coming back. Amanda is one in a million. Keep up the good work.

I've been coming to this Sport Clips for years, have had many different stylists, and really cannot say I've ever received a bad haircut or had any issues.

However, I recently went in and got Emily this time around. She was fantastic! She was nice, friendly, listened to what I wanted done, and what I really appreciated was how thorough she was. I will definitely be back and will be asking for Emily.

Ashley the manager has always taken care of my husbands haircut even before she was a manager. Please never get rid of her, we love seeing her, the store is always clean, she has staffed the store tremendously, everyone is always so nice and welcoming and she does an excellent job! If Ashley has a 50 minute wait time than take it!! You won’t regret the wait :) Thanks Ashley for being so great.

Today I went in for a routine haircut and the stylist I was assigned was Lee. Lee was very well paced, had a wonderful personality, very welcoming and all the way around gave great service! I will be seeing her from now on for my routine haircuts. Sports Clips has been wonderful and I enjoy every experience with them! Keep up the phenomenal work Lee, you’re awesome!

Have been going there for a few years now and have never had a problem. Like all hair places the turnover is high but new faces have never been an issue. Always professional. Taylor and Elizabeth are my go to stylists.

I am a person who takes time to read reviews---all of them. So many mixed reviews about Sport Clips in Parma. The only thing I can think of is that hair is a very personal thing and people are very particular and have high standards for their hair to be done just as they like it--and rightfully so. Someone might be having a bad day (customer or staff). I've gone to this Sport Clips twice now, at the recommendation of my friend. I can say that both times I had good experiences. The first time I went was back in November, and Taylor cut my hair. Since I was a first-time customer, they gave me the MPV treatment, which included a hair washing. Taylor was great! She cut my hair exactly as I asked. She was very gentle with my head and very friendly as well. I requested her the second time I went there, which was last weekend, and she remembered me and how I wanted my hair done. When we went to pay, they asked if we had frequent customer cards, which we did not, and they realised they didn't give me a first-time customer card the last time i was in there, so gave me one there on the spot, which included a $5 off coupon. They apologized for not giving me the card last time. I though that was great. They acknowledged that I should have gotten it last time and told me to redeem the $5 coupon. They all seem very friendly there. I don't know who cut my friend's hair last time or this past time, but he liked it, and I thought it looked really good. They are all pretty fast there, too. We got out of there in no time.

First haircut in a year! The nice lady was able to cut my hair at the very end of her shift, which obviously went past that. She was very engaging, and didnt make me feel like I was a burden. She was quickly able to identify what I wanted, which I thought would be difficult with my shaggy unkempt hair, and executed it with finesse. 10/10 experience

Very professional and an overall good vibe to the place. Emily was great she did a awesome job cutting my hair and very thorough and great at her job. Thank you for the awesome cut and will definitely come back and even suggest this place when I get asked where I get my haircut. 👍 thumbs up
