Neel is a customer service professional. I’ve been to this location a few times for shipping, notaries and called in with questions and I know for a fact I’m in great hands because of his excellence. You don’t get many service oriented people now a days and I really appreciate his helpfulness, skill and knowledge. Fantastic, every time. Thank you Neel!

I feel like wait times are always going to be an issue at UPS stores, depending on the day and time. The people at this store are really good at getting people in and out. And they are always chill and relaxed here. I appreciate the customer service at this location.

Visiting Cleveland and needed to ship a package on a snowy day on the fly. UPS remains top notch - space for me to assemble tge package including tools for cutting down the box, along with connection to national database. As in Virginia I just gave my phone number and selected from addresses on record. Still my go to shipping shop (personal and business). All good but most important and the reason for my review is the top quality staff in Parma (management take notice and reward). Dara and Michele were top notch, assisting pleasantly and quickly on all I had to do... GO!

Excellent rates & shipping time. Much more reliable than the post office & cheaper than FedEx.

Holy cow. What wonderful customer service and just nice folks. I came in with a glass pitcher to pack and ship. The representative was polite and engaging. She gave me an estimate and packed it really well. Affordable and enjoyable transaction.

I wish this was my “normal” experience at my home stores. Please send these folks to New Jersey to help retrain them. (Really)

There is a woman (glasses and blondish hair) that usually works and she is AWESOME! I only come to this store for her, as I live much closer to Ridge Park Square. She is very helpful, professional and friendly!

I was at the ups store in Parma attempting to return a Amazon item. I was having a hard time logging into my acct. Dara and Kerri were very patient with me and took their time to allow me to email the store my amazon return slip. I could not ask for a more polite and helpful person as kerri and Dara. I will definitely ne back. Thank you again.

Absolutely love this location, I've had to use their services twice in the past week and the service was phenomenal both times! The PLUS to this location is that it's open on SUNDAY and if you're lucky you'll have the pleasure of DARA helping you! Her customer service skills are great!

Staff was friendly and prompt, will definitely use this store in the future. Very nice they're open on days that my local one is closed.
