Rock River Community Clinic - Dental

Our experience with Community Dental was fantastic, We had a resident with a need for an emergency tooth extraction right before a holiday and her regular dentist wouldn't even call us back! Community Dental was so kind, understanding and professional. Just an amazing, caring team! So very grateful for the care they provided to help our group home resident get the care she needed.

The staff at Rock River Community Dental are always helpful and kind. Dawn especially has gone above and beyond to reach out to me with any openings that have come up, to make sure my son gets the care he needs. She is a pillar to that establishment, and I can't thank her enough for the hard work she does.

So thankful for everyone here. I was in excruciating pain for weeks leading up to my appointment not knowing I broke my tooth to the nerve. They did everything they can and gave me all the info to help drop an inactive insurance and to get in ASAP and when I say got me in ASAP, I mean the very next day I called with the correct insurance they got me in the same day removed my tooth. The dental assistant is the best one I ever had was very honest in helping me and knowing I wasn’t going to stop smoking and how to avoid dry socket. My jaw/mouth has not felt this good in forever. After my appt they immediately got me and my daughter booked for another appointment even tho they aren’t accepting new patients they still got my daughter in as a new patient as she is 3 and needs a dentist. They got me in last minute as an emergency that day and booked me at the same day and right after my daughter so it’s efficient for both us of and I couldn’t be more thankful. I havent been to a dentist since EBY fsnily dental in Fort Atkinson messed my filling up and filled a tooth to another then broke the filling trying to floss it and these guys fixed everything for me!!

Dawn the manager was so helpful getting us seen asap due to the issues we were having! She really worked some numbers to make it happen in a good timely manner and very knowledgeable about the options we could have with moving forward!

I went with my daughter for her appointment yesterday and was pleased with how well they worked with each other,and the kindness,and professionalism,and deep respect shown to both my daughter and myself ,and procedures,etc were thoroughly explained in detail..,referrals for future dental work ..Thanks to Emma,Bri,Mark,and Dr Melissa..I highly recommend..

I was a patient there for a couple months about 5 years ago. I was treated with such kindness and respect. Was not made to feel ashamed for the shape my teeth were in. They just wanted to help me. I'm so grateful for the work they did and the kindness shown. I will be going back this coming week I hope for extensive work. I am on daily steroids to stay alive due to ,loss of adrenal glands and they destroyed my teeth. So I hope they can help me. I love these dentists and the whole crew in this office. Oh and my dentist there was dr Heather. Just loved her

I went there for the first time last week for my middle daughter her tooth moved from hitting it on the dresser and the dentist was amazing. He made her feel like it was okay, (she clearly was having anxiety about it) and after they were done a lady came and gave her a teddy bear and she was happy. I’ll contiue to take my kids here and myself. It’s hard to find dentist that can make you feel less anxiety about have teeth work done.

I am disabled and on a very tight budget. They always make it work for me. The receptionist, Sandy, always has something nice to say and does it with a big smile. I’ve been going there for over 20 years now and I plan on going back. There used to be a dentist by the name of Dr. Bob. Dr. Bob is gone now, but when I sat in his chair I always had a hard time not laughing. The WWII stories he could tell you were incredible. WHAT A GREAT GUY!!!

I’ve had a few extractions and cleanings here and honestly I’ve had nothing but good experiences. I HATE needles going in my mouth ( just an me thing) and they never give me any sort attitude about it.

Everyone here is so nice and helpful. They made me feel so comfortable and treated me with such compassion. I look forward to future appts with my family. If you need a dentist...I certainly agree with the other reviewers!! 5 star service all the way.

I went there because a filling (that they put in) came out.

Visit #1 was: Well yeah, we can look at it but nothing else.

Visit #2 months later: we can't do anything, we have to clean your teeth first!

Visit #3 more months later: oh well, it needs a root canal. We can't do that now! Make an appointment...

The staff is unfriendly, made a big deal when I asked to come in the back with my minor child, when shes traumatized from the last time when she went alone and they were mean to her without an adult there. When I went they took a tooth out of mine and i got vertigo from the shaking of my tooth that shouldn't have been taken out in office. Doctor yelled at me when i wiped my child's tears away while they were waiting for the numbing shot to kick in. Wouldn't recommend have switched all my children to madison
