Level Up Painting

Clyde, Jake, and their team were easy with communication and flexibility. We had a living room done, accent wall in a bedroom, popcorn ceiling painting and repair, and trim painted. They came by the day before I had to leave out of town for a trip and they got a lot done that first day! It wasn't a rushed job at all and the team made sure I was happy with the progress that they were making along the way.

They had to come back the following day but their flexibility and willingness to work with you really showed when something happened on my behalf and were forced to come back the next day. They finished up, notified me of it, and we came back from our trip to a beautifully painted and repaired wall and ceiling!

I am so happy to have found Level Up Painting. Our cedar shingled home had not been painted in over 15 years and it was in need. We also had a new shed that had never been painted. I had never worked with a painting company before, but felt the job was too big for us to do on our own. The owner Jacob gave me an estimate on-line, then contracted with us after an in-person assessment. The cost for the project was appropriate for the work that was done.

I had several questions as we prepared the house for painting (e.g. removed gutters, replaced broken shingles and rotted soffits/facia, added soffit vents, etc.), and Jacob was quick and thorough in his response.

I was quite anxious when the painting crew arrived at the agreed upon date. I quickly realized that my fears were unnecessary. I reviewed the plan (which I had changed with the owner from the original contract) with the lead painter when the crew of three arrived on day one. A fourth painter joined mid-week. I interacted with the crew throughout the job, which clarified some questions and prevented and quickly cleared up any miscommunications.

The team arrived promptly every morning for 5 days at the time they told me that they would arrive, worked steadily throughout as the weather was good, were EXTREMELY neat and clean and respectful of property, and completed all that was agreed to and even went beyond what I had expected. As a bonus, they were friendly, polite, and it was a joy to have them working on the house for the week. Thanks to Ryan, Zach, TJ, and Gabe!

Excellent results!!! Jake, Ryan, Becca and Mark were all very professional and courteous throughout the entire project. Clyde is very supportive, knowledgeable and accommodating. It is an awesome team at Level Up Painting, without a doubt able to professionally manage your project, on-time. I am very particular, as such very reluctant to have anyone but myself working on such an important element of my home. But, I HATE painting. Clearly the Level Up Painting team loves what they do and does it well. They did not disappoint. The project included wallpaper removal which many other contractors were not interested to do. Level Up Painting took it on without any hesitation. I would highly recommend the team of Level Up Painting for any paint job your planning to do.

The team at Level Up Painting (Clyde, Nick, Ray) did a fine job to estimate & complete the painting work to complete our dream Kitchen remodel and house spiff-up for Spring. The quality of work and attention to detail was clear to see across several days of prep work and painting on ceilings, door and floor trim, pantry (with shelves), and adjoining mud room. (And a great job on clean-up too). Highly Recommend.

Marquis and his crew from Level Up painting did a great job of painting my 1980s split level. They took their time to power wash, prep and paint my house. They cleaned up at the end of each day, then walked me around the house before I paid to make sure I was completely happy. I would use them again for interior painting for sure.

This was our second time in 3 yrs using Level Up Painting. Interior of new purchase (50 yr old house) done this time. Consultation by Clyde and painting done by Team Mark, Caleb and Rebecca. I was extremely pleased with the work Level Up did painting the interior of my home. The painters were professional, arrived on time, and accommodated my schedule. Overall they made sure I was happy with the job they did. They even offered to return to replace vents, once I purchased them. I will definitely hire Level Up again for any work I need in the future.

We hired Level Up to do a couple bedrooms, powder room, and mud room, to get us started on the house we built in 2005. We were given a rough date to start the project and the excellent communication leading up to that date helped us prepare. Nick and crew arrived bright & early to get started. We walked through so everyone was on the same page and they got to work.

Very professional and friendly throughout. This crew definitely enjoys their job and they are very good at it. The kids were thrilled with their new rooms and the downstairs looks great.

We were absolutely delighted with the painting done by Mark, Eric and Chris. Mark, the Project Manager, did a fabulous job of examining the work each day and making sure we were happy with their results. Mark also made very useful suggestions throughout the project. Clyde Miller, the owner, did an awesome job of explaining what they would do and making sure our contract reflected what we wanted. He also came to see how the job was going. We plan to hire them again, and we will request that Mark and his crew return for our next paint job.

This company did excellent work repainting pretty much everything in our house. We had really messed up walls and this company did a good job smoothing things out. They were communicative, professional, and gave us a fair price.

Nick & his crew, Marquis & Raymond were hard working individuals. They completed the job in a timely manner. Nick was great about answering any & all of my questions. I feel all three of them were friendly & professional. They all did a very thorough job with the clean up. I will definitely call Level Up for my next painting project & I will be requesting Nick, Marquis, & Raymond to do the work. They were fantastic! Excellent quality work for a great price too.

We were very happy with the services from Level Up. Initially we hired them to paint a bedroom and they did an excellent job. The crew were friendly and professional. They arrived on time and cleaned up after they left. We called them back to do exterior painting of our stucco home and were just as happy the second time. I’ve since had them back a third time and plan to use them in the future. Nothing but good things to say from the initial estimate to the final job(s). I hired this company a while ago. They did a great job, however I noticed some missed paint spots on the front exterior of my home and contacted them. They apologized, agreed to fix the issue, stayed in constant communication, went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied. They did what they promised and more. I wish more companies cared this much about the customer.

I had Level Up come by to make an estimate to paint the exterior of my house. Tom and I walked around the house to see what the scope of the job would entail and what my expectations would be. He explained places that would need extra attention and the process that would be used. He answered all my questions and explained the financial arrangement they would require. I agreed to proceed with the project. He set up the project start date depending on weather. he said there would be a call once they were approaching 3 weeks of start date. They were good about letting me know how the start date was being affected by weather and provided a new date which did change from original date. Finally the day came to start the project manager (Jake) arrived about 7:15 am to look over the project and ready it for the rest of the team to arrive. I wasn't sure what to expect (being the first exterior paint project). I was surprised there were seven team members starting on time and each was given a part of the project. They were very efficient, skilled, dressed in white uniforms and very professional. I was surprised at how difficult the job was and it was very hot that day but they worked constantly all the time. Very pleasant to talk to and let me know I could ask questions about the work at any time; they wanted to make sure I would be a pleased and satisfied customer. Jake Went over the work done each with me. The Team cleaned up after work every day after their work was done. I was very impressed and would recommend Level Up to anyone needing a high quality exterior paint project in a heartbeat. My project was completed ….a great job at a fair price.
