I had never heard of Starbucks Reserve Roasters, a large and fantastic coffee roasting operation with many baristas and snacks and meals and drinks available on several tiers. The facility is brand new and the employees are extremely friendly and efficient. Probably the best cappuccino of my life! Fab croissants and a delicious smoked salmon on brioche. There is a fireplace! Really nice place to sit and watch Chelsea walk by outside with a fire and great coffee and treats on a cold rainy day! What a find!

Extensive amount of coffee choices here! The ambiance inside is really nice, although it can be a bit crowded. It's nice to sit down and chill out. It's clean and modern inside. I ordered a Raspberry Cheesecake and it was alright... a little dry and crumbly. I don't think it's worth the price, so you can probably skip this and just get some coffee instead!

Such a neat place to eat and have drinks! Very spacious. Comfy and cozy. Cocktails up top, coffee downstairs. Bathrooms were a little weird being unisex restrooms but besides that it was a great experience! Drinks were tasty!

I don't know if it's just me, but walking in here is really disorienting. There's just so many things going on and all over the place that it's difficult to really understand where to go. There are multiple counters and baristas, a downstairs, and an upstairs, and not a lot of signs that actually tell you what things are. The prices are also on the high side, but that's to be expected at a Starbucks Reserve location. Also, it's worth noting that seating is available, but not plentiful. I went at 10 PM on a Friday night and there were only a few open so I'd imagine that it's typically very packed during normal business hours.

The restroom deserves a section on its own. It's a gender neutral walk in restroom with different stalls built into the actual walls and sort of in a rectangular shape. Some of the doors are push and some are pull for some reason, but overall, it was a very good-looking and pristine restroom. Unfortunately, others also took more than a few seconds to comprehend the unique restroom design and I had to help a man and an elderly woman figure it out. The doors to open each stall were also heavy so some people thought they were in use, but didn't realize they just needed to pull harder.

Anyways, I'm still rating 5 stars because the strawberry croissant was really good and obviously this is a unique location with a unique experience. I'm sure coffee and Starbucks lovers will enjoy it a lot more.

Such a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Very interesting brew methods to try! I recommend you go to the lower level bar and ask for a siphon coffee! I've never seen a brew method like this before!

This place is also nice to go and relax for a couple hours by the fire, eating a pizza or pastry they make in house.

Promise you've never been to a Starbucks like this before!

We really accidentally happened upon this Reserve Roaster location on our way out from Little Island to our next stop, but I'm so glad we stopped by. The atmosphere was really great, very spacious and cozy. We got there early so not all of the areas were open yet but that also meant it wasn't very crowded. The food was very tasty and the coffee great. The bathrooms are unisex but it didn't feel weird at all, the stalls are very private.

The Starbucks New York Roastery was a great small stop on our way to Lower Manhattan. We arrived at 10 am and it wasn’t too crowded yet. The food and drinks were delicious- I recommend the hazelnut croissant. Try the special blends downstairs, sometimes there are some really special coffees at the roastery. I’m not sure what’s up with people being weird about a gender neutral bathroom here, but it’s literally the same ones you have in your homes - the stalls are completely enclosed top to bottom for privacy.

Such a great spot to people watch and watch the process of turning coffee into something we drink. Carlos and James were so knowledgeable and would explain the process. They would answer any of the questions I had. The espresso flight was so yummy! I had the Peppermint Mocha Espresso Martini and it was everything you would want in an alcoholic Peppermint Mocha beverage. The food was delicious!

Super cool in here. Machinery that is on display adds so much character to the place. Got a beautiful cup of coffee! Employees are super sweet. Really cool bathroom, all gender. I really love the vibe. I was a little disappointed in the small selection of merchandise, but still found something cool to grab.

The atmosphere is very cool, offering a diverse range of food options. The aroma is divine, creating a truly enjoyable and inviting space. A must-visit for coffee enthusiasts and those seeking a unique atmosphere!

I had never heard of a Starbucks reserved until I literally walked by it! Everything about it is different from every other Starbucks I've ever been to in a great way it's a totally different environment it feels more full-time coffee shop/eatery which is something I think normal Starbucks look to produce the same feeling but this just pulls everything together it's definitely more high-end but with so many more components I definitely think it's worth it if you're around and Chelsea. I got a coffee martini, iced matcha and prosciutto, Parmigiano Reggiano on a Brioche bun all were great 🦫

Love it here! Coffees, cocktails, a bakery, food, and Starbucks merch! What an experience. One of only 5 roasteries, it’s a flagship Starbucks. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They have typical Starbucks drinks but do much more. Roasting beans, offering unique coffee beans and beverages. There’s a cocktail bar and in house bakery. They offer sandwiches and pizzas in addition to pastries, breads, and assorted sweets. Tried the whiskey infused coffee beans served cold brewed… omg… amazing. The presentation, the taste. Unique beans only available here. Do good we purchased a bag of beans to bring home.

A must visit for any Starbucks lover! This is the second Reserve Roastery my husband and I have visited. We love trying the different, more unique menu items. The wait time to order wasn't too long and we were able to find seating pretty easily.

I had the pleasure of visiting Starbucks Reserve again recently, and I must say, the cappuccino was absolutely perfect this time. The quality of their coffee truly shines through.

Now, it's worth noting that Starbucks Reserve is a bit on the pricey side, but it's definitely worth it as an occasional treat. The high-end experience, coupled with that flawless cappuccino, makes it a special indulgence that I'd recommend to anyone looking for a premium coffee experience.

One of the Best coffee, affogato and tiramisu i have had till date. It’s huge with ample seating space which is divided in three areas: one is the cafe space, other is an elevated bar area and a bar/restaurant area. The aesthetic is very rustic and seeing the real life coffee roasting machines makes the experience special. The variety of food, coffee and even starbucks merchandise is unlike other outlets. Must visit when in the area!

Ticked off my bucket list after a long time, honestly this Starbucks looks out of the world! The menu too is different from the regular ones and seems they have a tailored one for this location. The ambiance is next level and feels like you are visiting some fancy place.. well that's what it's supposed to mean I believe! I ordered some hazelnut latte and damn! It was very smooth, honestly it felt like a coffee from a neighborhood cafe but on the other hand it's price was a lot i.e. $8 for a small one! Well it's a one time experience for sure and it's a must one if you like coffee!

My family and I briefly visited this location during a Thanksgiving family vacation. This place is like a restaurant and bar with retail and art. We enjoyed every level since we don’t get to visit reserves very much. Although I missed out on the bar - the one in Chicago has the best espresso martini so I’m sure this one does to - my uncle was able to check it out. I did enjoy a tasty snack before dinner with my kiddos. The trip to the bathroom came with a view of the tropics (see pic).

I love Starbucks and this concept too! The tiramisu for me is one of the best ever. It is a nice atmosphere and customer service is nice the hot and some other employees, the guy at the register was kind of rude, but still we enjoyed the visit. They have special menu different to the regular Starbucks and is close to different tourist places.

Amazing Starbucks Roastery experience in the best city of the world. The design and the space is spectacular. Although there was a lot of people, it wasn’t crowded and I found a seat to enjoy my coffee and croissant pretty easily. The prosciutto croissant was really good! Lots of cool souvenirs!
