I worked with Robert Godosky for several years on my child's medical malpractice case. It was a challenging case in many ways, not the least of which were the emotional ups and downs. In the end, Robert negotiated a great outcome. In addition to the settlement itself, Robert had prepared me for the reality that even "winning" the case would not make up for what my child/our family had been through.
