JUVENEX SPA

Great place to relax. Great price for massage. The lemon filled hot tub was initially way too hot for anyone to get in but after letting the staff know, they quickly adjusted the temperature and we were able to enjoy. (The lemon one is intentionally hotter than the rest!) They offered fruit and tea. The area was clean and the staff was quick to clean up if someone didn’t clean up after themselves. The showers we used at the end before getting dressed did need some attention, needing some minor handle repairs, but over all it was a pretty great place considering we visited during the winter months. The staff was helpful and polite.

Very good experience. A spa in Manhattan, right by broadway. We took the general admission, it was nice. Bath with hot water and lemons, salt steamed rooms and so many more. You're given tea and pineapple. They bring you cold water in the sauna too. Very good service. You're pampered like a baby.

I’ve been coming here for two years and it is such a safe haven for me. Yes, I agree that it is a bit small, but it’s very intimate, never feels overcrowded, and the staff is really wonderful.

I typically come here for facials and the body scrub.

Today June did my body scrub, and I felt like a brand new person when I was done with the session. She was absolutely wonderful. After my session I was served tea and pineapple. I was able to stay for a while to continue relaxing in the hot tub and took a dip in the cold pool before heading out.

For the price, you really can’t beat it! I can’t recommend enough!

Oh- if it’s your first time, pay with cash if you can. If you pay with a card there is a 4% cc fee. No biggie? Just a heads up.

Words is honestly not enough to explain. I had an amazing experience for it to be my first time. Everyone was so kind, sweet, and very helpful. The lady that I had to do my spa was very welcoming I made sure to leave her a tip. Not only her everyone was welcoming. Nothing was rushed, she also took her time. I can literally live there🦋. I met a few people there as well. Thank you Juvenex Spa 🧖🏾‍♀ for making me feel welcomed. I highly recommend, pls visit the place.

Where else can you find a spa open 24 hrs?! Did the juvenex jade journey which helps you relax and unwind before receiving any extra treatments you booked or you can just enjoy the jade journey for as long as you want! It's definitely worth it and just call ahead of time to see what's operating and what's not. Looking to go back very soon so I'll make sure to update my review afterwards.

Definitely was very nervous going in since this is only my 3rd time in a spa...but I wanted to treat myself while on vacation. I got the basic beautification body scrub package added hydrating body wrap and I gotta say I feel like I have new skin....quite literally! The masseuse did point out how much dead skin was just coming off of me....which..on top of being completely nude was making me very self conscious but the masseuse was extremely sweet about everything, they were like the concerned Asian mom I never had 😅

I absolutely wouldn't recommend this spa to anybody who's not alright with being in the nude/touched by others because they really do just scrub you down in all the cracks and crevises. No room for modesty here! So fair warning

The amenities were all very enjoyable, they had multiple soaking tubs, steam room, salt room, UV light area, and sauna. They also give you tea and pineapple after your service which was lovely~

Overall I had a great time! I do think going in the early morning on the weekday is the way to go 😁

Amazing spa for late night spa goers. Body scrub and massage relieved tensions and stress. The cozy atmosphere and friendly staffs made me comfortable hanging out there. I def want to come back!

Ive been to many korean spas but I must say that there arent any like juvenex. The lady at the front desk makes you feel like family she helps you get dressed gives you refreshments and makes you feel so comfortable and at home. The amenities are gorgeous and such a great escape from city life. Bonus for the woman only hours. I would reccomend their body scrub to all of my friends and family. I cannot wait to return.

My fav place to relax in NYC. The staff is always warm and welcoming and sure to make you feel like family. Make sure to not skip the body scrub because it is life changing!!!

My day was fabulous!!! June was very professional and kind! I will definitely be back when in NYC again!!!

This was my first time here and I had Sunny for my body scrub. She is the sweetest and I am definitely requesting for her when I come back. Thank you Sunny and staff for a great experience! I feel absolutely rejuvenated.

Went at 3am and had a couples massage, it was so soothing and much needed. They did ask to get fully naked but covered with a sheet, we had no problem and honestly it made the experience much better! Also did the 4 phase journey and got to explore the salt & steam rooms. Got tea and pineapple during my visit. Great ambience. Super clean and staff was very friendly. Had the whole place to myself. Everything was clean and I love the idea of having disposable wear incase you come unprepared- they have it all. A bit pricey. But overall an experience you need!

Kimmy was absolutely wonderful. It was my first time at a spa and kimmy made sure I felt comfortable. I was gifted a half day program and I would absolutely do it again. I did the Enhanced Purification Program, full body massage and basic facial. Can’t wait to go back

My boyfriend and I did the enhanced romantic getaway and it was nice. I honestly felt like it was on the pricy side but they were able to fit us in quickly and I was amazed at how much dead skin they got off in the scrub, my skin had never felt so soft! The private tub was really hot and unfortunately the shower wasn't working so we couldn't cool off and got a little overheated but otherwise we enjoyed it!
