We were greeted immediate upon entering the store. The sales associate was knowledgeable and helped us pick the finish we needed. He recommended the roller we might need. He was very helpful and friendly without being pushy. The store is bright and clean. We were the only customers in the store at the time, and felt safe throughout the entire transaction.

I went in looking for primer for a project and the employee was super friendly and helped me get the right primer to make sure the job was done correctly! Really appreciated the help and friendliness!

It is a paint store with really knowledgeable employees that care about your project. It is not a Lowes or a Home Depot where you go in and pick the paint you think you want and then you are sorry later.

We painted our kitchen that weekend and it came out really good. My wife worked hard on picking her colors and buying samples from Lowes but she wanted to go to Sherwin Williams in New Hartford with it being a paint store and we are really extremely happy she did. The paint was great to use ,went on well with one coat and the kitchen looks amazing...completely different.
