Kohl's

Shopping at Kohl's in New Hartford is a very pleasant and fun experience. Employees and their manager are always friendly and go out of their way to help. There are many wonderful sales, great selection of items, as well as opportunities to earn Kohl's cash. It's also important to note that Kohl's gives back to the community; one initiative is Kohl's Cares. I've been shopping at Kohl's for many years and will continue to do so.

Organized store with good selection and GREAT prices, I love to shop there. The only real reason I'm reviewing this place, however, is the staff. It's a long and complicated story, but I was having complications after seeing something on the website that was claimed to be at the store, but I couldn't find it. Lauren was super helpful and considerate, and we were able to work things out. Super amazing staff, and I cannot thank Lauren enough for her help in my rushed-time of need. 5/5 for staff!!

The customer service department is wonderful. I don't like to go into stores between Thanksgiving and Christmas because of the crowds and such. We came in to pick up an online order and the wait was minimal, the staff was friendly, and it was just a great experience.

This Kohls is great! I’ve primarily used the customer service desk for Amazon returns. Recently I used one of the 20% off coupons for shopping. They have a great selection & their associates are friendly & efficient. My recent experience has been with Kassie, who was wonderful! Everyone else has been great too!

Maureen, my cashier, friendly, interesting, competent!! No problem with using my license for I.d. , friendly… asked about the organic super greens. Listened to my answer. Very friendly. Nice lady.

The New Hartford Kohls is a great place to shop. Linda G. my sales assoiate was so helpful. The selection of clothing and home goods is extensive, and yet priced reasonably.

One of my favorite stores to shop at for clothes. Always have what im looking for and usually on sale which is a bonus. Store is clean and associates are friendly.

Great deals on women's sweaters. Long line to check out but all registers were open and it went very quickly.

Very nice store with friendly customer service and well stocked merchandise

Had a great visit, was assisted by an excellent sales rep. Kristy. I picked out a pair of shoes without a bar code. Kristy scanned the other shoes for the bar code, escorted me up to the self check out, taught me how to use it and sent me on my way.

Sue checked me out and was extremely freindly and very helpful.
