I'm moving out of my dorm for the summer and landed a very last minute reservation in a mad scramble to make arrangements. It’s been stressful, but thank god for the wonderful people of public storage. It was absurdly easy to reserve and confirm my space and the space itself is stunning, exactly what I need. I went in to go over everything and was aided by the delightful Carolina, if any of her superiors are reading this I suggest she be promoted at once with a hearty raise. She was very personable and helpful, we had a good time chatting and going over everything, it was a huge relief! I feel confident my things are in good hands.

This is a review for "Anderson".

He was super helpful with checking me in and showing me around the storage unit.

He also explained all the rules that follow using the unit and explained everything in full detail, all well as instructed me on how to use the door codes and when and where to access the elevators.

Overall the service here is amazing and I have much more access to resources compared to my previous place that offered no bathroom, limited access times via code usage ,etc.

10/10 service.

I am absolutely blown away by how helpful the team here is! They literally bend over backwards to help their customers with such poise, friendliness, and comfort one could ever imagine from a storage space. Dj and Anderson are amazing me and My friend have a unit at Mott street and let me day this is one of the best place to get a storage unit customer service at this property is top 10 these guys will help you look for needle if you lost it at the property even all the units are the basement the place is clean and smells good no rats no cockroaches the place is quiet and secure 10 out 10 public storage at Mott street is the best I would recommend this place

I went to get information about the rental process Carolina was very helpful with answering all my questions she gave me a tour of the facility which I found very clean and bright. I would totally recommend this facility .

Today I went to public storage to rent a unit and Dj was so helpful and detail-oriented he is more than awesome I had storage unit before from other companies but the customer service at the mott street property is top notch if I could I would have give 10 stars I would definitely recommend public storage at 262 Mott street with no regrets.

Elise and Anderson were absolutely amazing both of them were very friendly and kind. They were highly professional and extremely accommodating. I had a difficult situation and they efficiently took care of all my needs. The storage facility as well is extremely clean and everything works perfectly.
