Slumberland Furniture

Dealing with Slumberland was a positive experience. Even the delivery staff was excellent. There were two times the delivery needed to be pushed back. The first one was because of me, and the second one was due to a scheduling conflict at Slumberland. These situations were handled by Slumberland in a professional manner. The delivery staff communicated with us on the day of delivery regarding their arrival time, and performed their tasks professionally. I owned my own home delivery service for seven years, and I was looking for qualities in the delivery staff that were important to me when I performed their jobs. I wasn't disappointed.

Our salesperson was super helpful but not overbearing. Then when I came in the next day to ask a few more questions the salesperson was equally as helpful. Pricing was very good also. Nice little gem of a store.

I went in needing a new mattress. The sales team worked very diligently with me and taught me things I never thought of when it came to purchasing a new mattress they were very patient with me and helped me through the whole process. I would like to say thank you to Mariah for making my mattress purchase very pleasant. It’s not very common now a days to go anywhere and get great help, knowledgeable people on their product but you will receive that service here. And they will go over and above to help you make an informed decision on your next purchase.

First time at the Watertown store and looking for a recliner. I was pleasantly surprised that the showroom had many more choices than I expected. My salesperson was Moriah and she really did an excellent job describing the features of the various chairs. There wasn’t any sales pressure. I initially intended to look around at other stores and make comparisons but I was so satisfied with the experience I never looked anywhere else and bought a very nice recliner. I highly recommend seeking out Moriah if you are thinking about a purchase.

The staff is amazing, honest and extremely helpful. They all went above and beyond for the sale, best place to purchase any furniture. Not only is the quality there but shopping locally makes the experience even better.

Had a wonderful experience here. Bought a custom made lazy boy sectional. Mariah was the main person I worked with. Prices were great. Communication was excellent. Was constantly updated In regards to the status of it. They helped load it. Will definitely do business here again.
