Belson Stadium

Belson Stadium is a marvelous facility used by St John's University for its' soccer and lacrosse teams. NYC FC also utilizes this stadium for its reserve team's games as well. Built and opened in 2002, the stadium is a unique facility in its construction, as the stadium is built on top of a parking garage. Nevertheless, it is large enough to hold 2200+ fans with intimate confines, giving fans a closeness to the action, you can actually feel you are on top of the action, as well as great sightlines for the field. The Public Address system is superlative, and anyone concerned about safety can be reassured, because the Campus Public Safety personnel are most professional and efficient in their dispatch of their duty. Going to Belson Stadium is one tremendous experience and I highly recommend attending a game there.
