Apple West 14th Street

I walked into the Apple store confident enough to see the price that it cost to fix my laptop. Assuming I was going to just have to pay for a battery issue and got an update that it was the logic board that needs to be replaced. Going to take even longer for me to post #fashionweek images. Wish I would have got paid to cover fashion week.

I was recently helped here by Michael and Chris with a phone repair. Customer service went above and beyond. The whole process was very professional and easy and Michael and Chris were super knowledgeable and helpful.

Really nice open lofty space. Multileveled. Most of the time consumers are seen at The Genius Bar on the second floor. Great views overlooking the smallish park next to the building, with a huge Starbucks right next door! Fantastic!

No issues. Just need a replacement AirPod. Made the Genius Bar appt. I was in and out in less than 10 mins.

Top quality customer service. I went to Apple grand central and they Did Not care to help with my loss of audio issue. Staff at Apple grand central even escalated the issue to the manager who also did not care. But at West 14th st, Apple cares. They swapped out the AirPods, solving the issue. Apple is apart of my lifestyle and then next time I am thinking about spending money on an Apple product, the west 14th st location will be at the forefront of my mind. As for grand central? No thank you.

Fantastic apple store. The third floor is completely dedicated to the Genius Bar, and the first two floors are full of demos that have plenty of devices so you never have to wait. I do hope they follow in the footsteps do SF and 5th Avenue stores and integrate more greenery, but for the current version of apple stores in Nov 2019 this is as solid as they come. All the staff is friendly, and love the building their in and the integration of their classic glass helix staircase. Solid apple store!

Went in Black Friday 2020 and the line was very long, I was ready to wait one hour but I was surprised to be help within 15 minutes.
Very efficient very cool store, staff are great and ready to help. I saw some rude customers giving them a hard time and I mean at this point every one should know that you need an appointment to be help at any apple store. This location also has meter parking right next to it.

The store employees are extremely helpful! We had a complex situation around trade-in and they were all very patient and did everything possible to assist.

This Apple store is located at one of the most central touristic destinations, the heart of urban gentrification and rehabilitation, and the locus of creativity-driven industries. Given the fact that it's visited by a large number of tourists and passerbys, this store is surprisingly well-organized and kept superbly clean. The acme of your experience at this store would likely to come from the service they boast here--it's efficient, intimate, informative, and possibly everything you expect it to be.

We didn’t need anything here today but we happened to walk by this location and had to stop in to see it. There’s a really cool glass staircase we had to walk up just for the fun of it. Brace yourself when you get to the 3rd floor was quite HOT so we left right away.

It took me an hour to go from my home to the store but only it took one minute for o pick up my phone from the store . That was one of the fastest and easiest pick up ever, saeda the lady who was helping me was such a polite and professional lady .

Very good and big Apple store , 3 floors for everything you need,but preferably to have an appointment for maintenance..

Not as nice as the Fifth Avenue store, but clean and effective. I was welcomed at the door, and treated with patience and care. Knowledgeable staff.

The staff is very professional, patient, and helpful. The last time I went, the guy did erase my phone by accident, but I was looking at what he was doing and it genuinely was an accident.

when i don’t go to the super busy Apple Store in SoHo, i find that the slightly less busy Apple Store in the meat packing district is a great alternative. the store is pretty big and spacious, well-maintained, and up to those crazy high Apple standards of design. this is a multi-level store—there’s merchandise on all three floors with the Genius Bar on the top floor. most of your needs will be met by the first two floors which stock your iphones, Apple Watches, desktops, laptops and more. I really like how the set-up doesn’t feel crowded or crammed with merch.

if you’re an over-the-eat BEATS Studio fan, they have all the latest color ways for them as well as the standard ones. the selection can’t be beat!

there’s a ton of staff to guide and help you as well as to close your purchase via credit card or Apple Pay. this Apple Store is still controlling customers numbers inside so there might be a line sometimes. however i typically come during off hours so that hasn’t been an issue.

this location is like a block away from Chelsea Market so its easy to kill time at the Apple Store before or after hitting Chelsea Market. when i am in this area, running errands—this location is a convenient stop when shopping etc. i haven’t tried but i am sure you can charge your iPhone on the floor display laptops and desktops.

I went two weeks ago to Apple store at 14 st in Manhattan, NYC and my phone and iPad was seen by Charles Herard ( not sure if I spelled correctly his last name). He is REALLY GENIUS! He repaired everything so fast and I have old iPad and phone. He was the best worker and Apple store. I went one more time to the same store , two days ago and got different person who could not repair my phone. They told me to come back after one hr and phone will be ready. I came and they said they don’t know why phone is not working even with new battery. I have to go back and I want to see Charles to help me. Nobody else. I know he will know what to do and is also very polite.

walked in order to buy a new Apple Watch and as usual apple never disappoints. Costumer service is outstanding and I’ve been able to complete my purchase having all my questions answered with professionalism. I recommend this store.

This is quite a large Apple Store. This Chelsea store is a two storied building, with the pickup options on the 2nd floor. But make sure to wear a mask while entering this store since mask is compulsory here.
