Darren did an excellent job helping us get the replacement parts to get our pool back up after we moved!! He went out of his way to make sure everything was exactly what was needed and at the best cost!! So happy with the service and would recommend his service to anyone considering getting a pool or like us needing a few replacement parts to reopen our pool!!! Thanks for excellent service!!

Pretty nice environment very helpful employees variety of choices for grills patio sets hot tubs equipment for your pools like cleaning repair tools and parts also filters for pools. Slides diving boards pumps last be not least pool water and sand filters. They have wicked deals on their products as well. Also if you want pool installation also maintenance they provide great service with either of the two.

We purchased our first above ground doughboy pool from them last year. The customer service and pool quality is top notch! Being new pool owners we had lots of questions and needed guidance on pool management. Darren was amazing to work with! Anytime we called or came in ALL of the staff were friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend Cincinnati Pool and Patio!

Just purchased a Wellis hot tub from them! These people were friendly and welcoming and knowledgeable of their products and services. I guess that experience made me want to write a review. Worked with their representative Matt Robinson. Matt was knowledgeable and answered every one of my thousand questions. I never felt like a burden. Matt even hooked up his phone to the spa to show me how the speakers sounded. Matt was so helpful in arranging delivery and recommend an electrician that came out immediately. I basically had to keep asking what I needed to do since he was pretty much taking care of everything. Also, everything was delivered inside of a week! Great experience.

I highly recommend Matt as a representative and this company for any of your spa needs. I’d say they are worth the experience. Thanks again!!!

Visited them a couple weeks ago with a little bit of an algae problem. Sent me home with a couple of things and within two days my water was sparkling clear! Has been ever since! They always know just what I need! Friendly courteous service!

Everyone at Cincinnati Pool and Patio were very knowledgeable, helpful and professional. The service guys showed up on time and did a great job installing our safety cover and winterizing the pool. Would highly recommend!!

They were super helpful and understanding with me. I am new to owning a hot tub and they took the time to explain to me what I needed to do after testing my water. They didn't try to get me to buy superfluous stuff, so I appreciate their honesty as well.

The in store experience was good. David Bloom was very helpful and friendly. Barry, the deliveryman, was screwed. He was a great guy, but that was a 2 man delivery job. The sofa itself was too much for one man to carry. It felt like you were too cheap to pay for help.

Cincinnati Pool and Patio have been life savers for us! We had an unfortunate situation with another company and when we needed help to finish our project and get everything back on track they did everything in their power to help us. They have been very responsive and went out of their way on numerous occasions to answer questions and do everything they could to complete our project. I’m happy to say we are now swimming in a beautiful pool this summer and it is all due to their help. If it weren’t for them we will still have a giant hole in the ground with no end in sight. We highly recommend working with them and if we ever need to build another pool this is the only company we will be calling.

We purchased a Wellis hottub a few weeks ago and everything went very smoothly. Kris was very knowledgeable about the different spa lines and answered all our questions in detail.

Only one small hiccup occurred throughout our purchasing process, we had asked Kris to give us Chlorine in our starter pack of chemicals, but when the pack arrived with the hot tub it had bromine, not chlorine.

Not a huge deal. The following weekend my husband and I stopped back over and asked to switch it out for chlorine instead. Both Kris and the man working with her (I'm assuming he was the Owner) were super nice, apologized, and gave us a huge tub of chlorine tabs as a replacement. Likely a much larger tub than would have normally been provided.

As an area business owner myself, I appreciate and expect good customer service. I certainly will recommend Cincinnati Pools and Patio to any friends or clients of mine who are in the market for a spa or pool.

Really amazing service! Matt took time to answer all my questions both in store and over the phone. As a first time pool buyer, he explained and educated me on what I needed to know in order to make the best decision. No sales pressure whatsoever! Matt even reached out to other companies about getting a pool that their store didn't carry themselves.

I can't speak highly enough about the quality of service I received and the time they devoted to getting our family the pool we wanted...even if, in the end, it was not with them. They went above and beyond normal expectations. I would highly recommend Cincinnati Pool and Patio!

I discovered a problem with my pool pump and Mark and crew could not have been more helpful. From trouble-shooting over the phone to in store conversations and then to eventually being able to solve the problem via emailed photos - they were outstanding.

Cannot recommend Cincinnati Pool and Patio enough. They have been so patient with me as a new pool owner to actually teach me about the chemicals and my options rather than just TELL me what to do and send me on my way. I drive past multiple pool stores just because their customer service is above the rest (trust me, I've tried them all). My very refreshing pool and clean spa are possible because of CPP. Owner and workers are fantastic and gave me plenty of help and advice. Beautiful store and displays but more importantly the staff are knowledgeable and helpful. I came in right as they were going to close to grab a couple of caps and antifreeze. They helped me find everything I need and then spent the time to answer my questions and at the end they took my purchase to my car and put it in without asking. Have not seen service like this in years.
