I had the Bamford Luxury Treatment 80 today with Maleek and it was incredible, one of the best massages I've ever had. Completely rejuvenating, like a total body reset. I loved the whole experience and left feeling like a million bucks.

The spa facilities were pretty nice especially for NYC, but were a bit bare bones - the extent of the facilities are a relaxation room and coed steam room.

Had the most amazing couples massages with Marina and Mimi!! Worth every penny! They were so attentive to our needs. The entire experience was incredible - the robes were so luxurious, the smells were heavenly and the massage beds were soooo comfy I could've passed out

Had a deep tissue massage with Zephie and a facial with Karina. Both were absolutely fantastic! The massage was thorough, professional, and deep pressure but never felt like too much. They also checked in about areas to pay more attention to or to avoid which I really appreciated. I felt so relaxed afterwards.

My facial with Karina was maybe the second one I had ever received, so I don’t have much to compare to. But I really enjoyed the attention to detail that she showed. From analyzing my skin and recommending products to making sure I was comfortable with all the aspects of the treatment. And the facial massage that was part of it was such a treat for anyone who has migraine or sinus issues. Game changer!

What a wonderful anniversary treat from my husband. Lauren was my massage therapist & I knew from the moment we began that I would enjoy my massage. Indeed I did! My 50 min massage felt like an hour. Thank you!

Had an amazing experience here! Briana is one of the best massage therapists in the city, if not in the entire world. Steam room was also a nice touch. They've done a good job with the limited space (to be expected for a NYC hotel) and the lockers and showers were clean.

Maleek and Lindsay and someone next to her on the front desk! They are amazing! Maleek did the best! Not faking! He knows how to do massage, not body rub! Please book him on your way to the 1 Hotel Brooklyn! You won't regret it! They make you feel welcome and as comfortable as possible!

Had a great experience here! I booked a facial and massage with a friend and we both were incredibly happy! Mimi was our masseuse and Lina was our esthetician. We had a great morning, even enjoying the time before and after our appointments with tea, flavored water, snacks and the steam room.

I was recommended spa and facials at Bamford spa for a while by multiple girlfriends and only regretted I didn’t come sooner! It’s absolutely amazing, very vip experience, super clean and relaxing. I had a facial with Karina Blackwood- highly recommend! She was very gentle and attentive to all my current skin needs; all the steps were ultra pleasant and painless! I left with a glowy skin that was getting improved days after. I’m definitely coming back.

My visit to the spa was truly wonderful! I had facial service. The esthetician treated me with a face and décolleté massage, face masks. The spa had a serene and clean atmosphere, offering a peaceful retreat. The service was outstanding, and after the procedure, my face was glowing with radiance. Best spa in NYC! I had a pleasure to book a facial with Karina and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. My pores have never been cleaner :) The spa is obviously very luxurious and gorgeous and makes you feel very pampered, but Karina is what made this facial so special. She is very knowledgeable about the process and has a very soft touch and beautiful energy about her.
I am an introvert so my energy usually gets drained by most people, but I felt the opposite during my visit. Karina made me feel rested, happy and my skin immediately looked so glowy and clear that I didn't even put make up on for days after. Highly recommend. 100% worth it

One of the best spas ive been to. Briana was my massage therapist and it felt like I was in heaven. She did such a good job. I also got a facial by Joanna and she knew what she was doing. My skin was glowing and I felt like a new person. Everyone was so friendly and nice, especially the front desks. Such great service!
