From the moment I entered the showroom through the completion of installation, each interaction with Joe and George and owner Mike was one of sheer warmth and professionalism. Replacing my ancient woodstove while having new class C piping was a chore, but owner Mike did a home visit to ensure the size I chose would adequately heat my home and sketched out for me the finished product. They had the paperwork ready to expedite the permit process and arrived to schedule my installation weeks earlier than I expected. Tone and Frank were excellent, good humored installers. Truly a wonderful experience all around. Beautiful work, great business and I have a perfect, modern woodstove and warm home to show for it.

When the electric goes off so does my furnace, and this happens quite often where I live (Chichester, NY). Freezing is not something I can handle any more, so I was referred to Fireside Warmth for a stove. From start to finish I have been totally impressed with the welcoming warmth of Joe (who made me feel comfortable... not knowing much about stoves). The owner (so caring and knowledgable) came within a week and gave me an estimate. I bought a Jotul stove, and within a month I was setting up a date for the installation. Tony and Frank installed the stove. They were very professional, wise and personable and I enjoyed the whole process, which was amazing! The stove is beautiful, the work was awesome and precise and I am now not worried about freezing when the electric goes out. Thank you all for everything!

These guys are great. We just got a new linear gas fireplace from them. We've had a couple issues and they immediately came out and took care of them. They want to make sure we're happy and that the job is done right. Fireplace looks great! :)

These guys were great from start to finish. Visited the showroom and John gave us a no pressure overview of the pluses and minuses of wood vs gas stove. We selected a gas stove and he offered to give us the showroom model for a discount. They recommended propane companies with cheaper rates than what I had. In the end it took us a few months to move forward, but as soon as we called they were ready to go even though it was the high season and they were quite busy. Not only did they fill out the permit for my town, they even dropped it off after emailing it to me for signature. We asked the installers to remove a tile heat shield left behind by the sellers and it turned out it was screwed and glued down [we all thought it was just laid in]. The poor guys had to chisel and drill and hammer and scrape for quite some time. They still finished the whole job in the morning, and it came in several hundred dollars under the [very reasonable] estimate. I had a small question about the remote, and they sent someone right out. Top notch.

I purchased these stove insert from them and they were very professional and ditty fantastic job cleaning up afterwards Even so there was a manufacturer's defect they came back repeatedly until everything was working properly kudos good job
