We chose Cabinet Designers for remodeling our bathroom after 25 years. We are extremely pleased with the product, the service, the professionalism, and the care throughout the process. I can't say enough about Kiki. She was with us through the entire process and provided guidance on all aspects of installation. Her knowledge and expertise was outstanding. Kiki kept me calm and patient from start to finish. Now that the bathroom is remodeled.... the rest of the house needs an uplift too! I would definitely use Cabinet Designers and Kiki again!

Utterly thrilled with the work Cabinet Designers did for us! They took one huge bathroom and turn it into two - a dedicated master bath and a full guest bath. They also extended a hallway to improve the layout of the bathrooms and bedrooms. We had design and layout ideas going in, but Becki and Jesse came up with far better ideas that we never would have thought of and that ultimately made for a finished project that is more coherent, more comfortable to use and more fun to decorate.

The new bathrooms and hallway are great, and elicit oohs and aahs from everyone. Each bath looks like it was always meant to be there just as it is—there is no skimping or compromising on space or anything else. Our guests have a beautiful room with some decorative features that make it feel special, and we have a spectacular room that came out exactly the way we described we wanted.

The design process was really fun and Becki never lost energy, always came up with appealing suggestions, and kept the process moving. She also stayed on top of the construction phase so she could weigh in on decisions that had to be made then.

The demo/construction phase went very smoothly. The whole team was easy to communicate and work with. Each worker was skilled, meticulous and consulted with us throughout, including when unexpected decisions had to be made, and week-to-week we could see how carefully and thoughtfully all the workers approached their jobs. The team also kept the house as clean as possible throughout, and all in all, we felt confident and comfortable that the work was being done at the highest level in every respect. We couldn’t be more pleased.

And one last, and IMPORTANT, consideration — there is no exaggerating how seriously Cabinet Designers takes customer satisfaction. Throughout the project, we raised issues here and there, or proposed making changes (including to one fixture), and everyone at Cabinet Designers took us seriously, listened, and worked with us to come up with a satisfying approach—in some cases going way beyond our expectations. We cannot state too strongly how much we appreciate this, and how happy we are with the final result.

I am adding to my review (see below from three years ago for full-house reno/update) because I hired Cabinet Designers to renovate an income property for my mother in Woodstock.
This company is OUTSTANDING on all fronts--superb quality cabinetry; diligent and professional work ethos; smart and beautiful design; wow, wow, wow!!

After getting six comparable in-home estimates and designs for a full-house renovation/refresh, I went with Cabinet Designers because of their thoughtful design and best price. They completed the entire project on-time and on-budget! When has that ever happened?? With CD it is SOP. But just as important, Veronica's outstanding design, Jesse's vigilant and meticulous oversight, and the entire staff who were in our house every day for three months--highly skilled, conscientious, professional, sterling in every way, Bravo!! The entire experience, a treasure.

From the beginning to the end our kitchen remodel was a pleasure. The designer and the manager were wonderful. We were given many options but not pushed in any one direction. When we asked for advice it was given in a professional manner. The workers were excellent. They were pleasant to talk to and knew their jobs. We felt very comfortable leaving our house and our two dogs when we had to go to work or do chores. We can't tell you how happy we are with our new kitchen and when we have another project we will certainly contact Cabinet Designers.

Cabinet Designers did a complete remodel of our kitchen in 2012. It looks as good as it did the day after they completed it. The workmanship of their cabinets and their staff is still wonderful. We allowed them to guide us on making color and tile choices we would not have done on our own, and they were spot on. After so many years we still look at this as one of our best home investments.

I couldn’t speak highly enough of our wonderful experience from start to finish with Cabinet Designers. Cabinet Designers were recommended to us from a coworker of mine who has been a client of Cabinet Designers for years. We initially met with one of the Owners Mark at their beautiful showrooms where we discussed our concept and budget constraints. Mark’s business partner Jess then came to our house and once there he completely opened our eyes to the possibilities we could actually accomplish for our budget. Through Jesses’ vision where he suggested moving the existing stove location and relocated a window, it completed transformed the size and layout of our new Kitchen. Within 2 days of Jesse’ visit they issued us 3D drawing renderings that were quite simpler breathtaking, we were sold on Jesse’s design. Mark was a saint with his patience budgeting probably 50 different finish and hardware options to keep us within our budget but still achieve Jesse’ vision. When it came to the installation, the team ripped out our old kitchen, installed the new kitchen along with relocating plumbing, relocating a window and installing a new wood floor all within 3 days, bettering the 5 day duration they initially advised us of. Their attention to detail and quality of workmanship is second to none. We could not be happier and prouder of how the kitchen turned out. We intend to change out our Master bathroom early next year and already Mark and Jesse are helping us with design and budgets. I couldn’t recommend Mark, Jesse and their team of project managers, drafters, store assistants and installers highly enough.

I had been leery of attempting to redo the kitchen and am so glad I took the plunge. I met with a few companies to discuss what I wanted. Cabinet Designers was the best fit for me personally. From the first day when I stopped in unannounced and Mark introduced himself, to the day that Jesse and Heather came and looked at the space as it was, to the day I was presented with designs to choose from, I always felt respected and heard. I loved the fact that my many many emails of questions were always answered by Heather and that she worked with my style of I don't know what I want, but I know what I don't want. I loved that I did not have to go any further and look for contractors etc. Buck was always professional and did a great job. Overall I am ecstatic with the space as it is now. The redesign has made the house so much more open and welcoming. I have had to work from home since March and am truly grateful beyond words for how this has changed my home. I highly recommend them and will use them again in the future.

Our bathroom project was a pleasure from start to finish. We first tossed ideas around with Kiki who was interested and helpful. The design work was done by Heather who was warm and thoughtful. She incorporated everything we wanted and had great suggestions to improve the design to match our needs.
Heather and Jonathan (the project manager), were on top of every aspect of the project, easy to contact and clearly wanted us to be pleased with the results. They even added some improvements that were not in the original design as we went along. Buck, who did most of the work, was a craftsman in all aspects of his work and a gentleman. We missed him when he left.

A great experience with a great outcome. The bathroom is a “work of art” and better than envisioned.

OK.... After 3 years I have to take time to amend a previous negative review of this establishment. Recently some gorgeous hand made tiles were purchased from Cabinet Designers which now cover a new radiant heated floor, and was completely pleased and satisfied. Mark was extremely helpful, going all out to work with me to ensure that my second experience with them was vastly improved, and he absolutely succeeded. He was very accommodating, checking in from beginning to end to make certain that all went well. My earlier problem had apparently stemmed from and association with a contractor with whom the business has since terminated their association. Will definitely continue to make use of the many lovely offerings Cabinet Designers provides.

The staff at Cabinet Designers went above and beyond for the renovations on our home. They gave excellent guidance for all our kitchen and bathroom fixtures and tiles, they were always quick to respond by phone and email, and they shipped the product immediately. Our only regret is we didn't find them soon enough - we worked with another kitchen and bath business closer to our home in Beacon, but next time we're going to work with Cabinet Designers from day one.

We presented to one of the owners, Jesse Kelly, a fairly original idea of how we wanted our new kitchen to look and function. The collaboration produced a kitchen that exceeded all our expectations. Jesse's knowledge and esthetic sense is truly exceptional. We were so pleased that when it came time to address another level of our house we returned to Cabinet Designers. This time we worked with Becki Shultis who helped us design a master bedroom suite with a new master bathroom. Becki is a true artist who not only was able to create a highly functional design, but brought in many design elements that elevated the look and feel of the space to another level. Our new bedroom is really a "Wow"! We feel fortunate to have worked with Cabinet Designers and will use them again when it comes time for our next project.

What a wonderful experience! All of the staff at Cabinet Designers were TOP NOTCH. Efficient, polite, expert, committed, responsible--I could go on. We redid our (LARGE) kitchen completely, and every stage was handled well, from design to demolition to execution. I love the staff, they are very knowledgeable and their artistic suggestions are spot on. We used cabinet designers to renovate our upstate home as well as our brooklyn home. The deliveries were always on time and exactly what we ordered. The staff would speak with our contractors whenever they needed help with installation of our bathroom hardware. I would never go anywhere else and price wise they are commensurate with the large box stores who do not give this excellent service. Cabinet Designers are unmatched and I would gladly use them again.

Excellent job from start to finish in redesigning and installing my new kitchen. The contact person, Heather, was very knowledgeable, accommodating, and great at "hand holding" throughout the entire process. The designer was easy to work with in incorporating a new plan I was extremely happy with. The top notch professional installer got everything done in a timely manner, better than I've ever experienced before, and I was impresses by his expertise and thoroughness.

I was impressed by everyone's knowledge, thoroughness and attention to detail. I can't say enough good things about them and would use them again in a snap. I live a little more than an hour away which wasn't a problem for them as they've also done jobs in NYC. I wish I'd known about them when I lived there.

My husband and I are looking to upgrade our kitchen counters and sink. Jessica was very helpful with suggestions and quotes. She showed us some sinks to consider. We were allowed to take home quartz samples which helped me visualize them.in our kitchen. They have an extensive showroom. Excellent experience.

She is gifted with excellent communication skills and she is technically proficient in advanced knowledge of beautiful, natural materials and processes that have enhanced our home. They helped with design, employed excellent crafts people and coordinated the entire project from beginning to finish. Our bath is really lovely and unique. We are delighted with the process as well as the finished product.

We purchased new quartz kitchen countertops from Cabinet Deisgners. Becki's hands on approach and taking care of every aspect of the project seamlessly made it so easy for us. Installers were meticulous and paid attention to every detail. Turn around time was quicker than expected and we couldn't be happier with our new kitchen look....and Cabinet Designers.
