Excellent little live venue! Food is excellent and beer options are plentiful. Really cool place! Parking is tough the first time around but once you figure it out its simple. Service can be kind of rough but I've seen their bar service under staffed during a busy show and the waits were short and nobody really was wanting for anything. They do a good job of taking care of people. When you have their attention they're very attentive. I love this place!

Food is amazing! Shows are great, some are free. There is another section for the shows you pay for with a legitimate stage.

The service: generally you get table service at this place (and its great), especially throughout the week. On the busy days, you may be better off ordering at the bar. First time I was confused as how to order. Especially with the food. Originally, I was told to pick up food off the table by the kitchen when it was ready. However, upon returning on a less busy day you will not be required to pick up food, as the staff prefers to bring it to you. If the management posted a sign near the menu (or food table), it may help some confusion with the customers.

One of my favorite local venues. Have been to countless shows here over the years, and I have always looked forward to coming here.

They always have an Amazing tap list of craft beer in including a lot of local stuff. They also have a good liquor selection, including some special bourbons from time to time.

They recently expanded their concert side of the building that built a bigger stage and fixed alot of the issues from the last room.

Woodlands is great to go-to even if there's not a show with usually a solid food offering and plenty of TV's to watch the game.

Definitely check woodlands out.

The food was amazing. Service was friendly and fast. The patio was nice with a fire burning, they were even dog-friendly outside. The live band playing in the back was nice as well. Will definitely be going back some time soon.

Im giving five stars because I keep coming back for their birria tacos. Hands down they’re the BEST birria tacos I’ve ever had. Definitely their kitchen is a hidden gem. Their draft selection is pretty good and happy hour options are great.

Well the Birria tacos are awesome! I didn't get to try the taquitos, they were scarfed up before my 2nd taco. The staff are the best! Every server/bartender was polite and worked their a<> off!

Oooooh my goodness where do I start? I had the surf and turf taco which was so good. Very fresh ingredients and disappeared quickly it was so tasty. Then let's talk about the corn ...my husband and I have never had anything like it. The kernels just fall off of the cob when you bite into it. The flavors that surround it kick your tastebuds into high gear. I've NEVER eaten a corn cob with such enthusiasm, not wanting to leave one kernel on it. I will definitely bring back friends and family! You MUST TRY Blackbird Kitchen food. Kudos to the chef ! ​

My fiancée took me to Columbus for the weekend and a Corb Lund concert at the Woodlands.

Very good food and an intimate venue with great acoustics for the show.

Highly recommended.

Got the birria tacos and a miller lite. Mondays are all day happy hour, 50% off domestics. My entire bill, tip included was only $15!!! Lovely outside patio and friendly staff. Live music as well. Will definitely be going back!

The tavern itself is very nice. The entertainment is fantastic. Went to see Saxsquatch last night and had a blast. The food was very good and the staff was excellent. Not a huge menu but we'll prepared. A large variety of frosty beverages. If you are looking for some quality entertainment check out there website

This is a great place for a concert. Small and intimate with great sound quality. Also, the food was incredibly delicious. Shrimp tacos and Birria Crunchwrap. Both were excellent.

Located in what seems like a strip mall type building. Had a full bar and it was a good atmosphere. Went to see our friend Dan Wallace play this particular evening. Separate stage area from the bar you enter. It's nice to have both places attached and sound pretty much stays in each room. Clean bathrooms, was early in the evening! Lol. Had the Nashville Chicken tacos which were great, wedge fries could have been better but put food in the belly. All in all good place. Parking kinda tough, residential side streets were packed.

Visited for the first time yesterday to see a Doors tribute band. It was very crowded, but service was still good.

One of the best happy hours in town! Lots of great beers on tap. I had the birria crunchwrap and it was amazing!

I took my 16yr old daughter here to see Kiltro perform. I was surprised at how big the place was! It was nice inside, and the staff was nice and helpful.

Atmosphere yesterday and service was terrific. The Fantasma double burger was literally a juicy flavored burger on steroids!

The food was great and we loved the band. Great place to go!

Birria taco is crack, happy hour is everyday, patio is on crispy, stage is supportive of local acts and has great sound. This place is a 5/5 read
