Service department provided excellent service. Was a little pricey but they went end to end on my guitar, and even went as far as polishing the frets to the point I could see my reflection.

Great setup and great service. Turn around was great too.

Picked up a new large keyboard today and Terry from Pro Audio was super helpful. He even helped load it into my car. Kudos to that man! This store has an impressive inventory.

My wife and I went in to buy guitar strings for our nephew for Christmas. As a non musician I was impressed with the quantity of strings available. Store was busy with last minute Christmas shoppers but there appeared to be employees ready and willing to help. There was a problem with the credit card machine, but the employee was fast to change registers to serve us in checking out.

Nice first time visit, pickled up a few music books, and checked out the guitars on hand. Pretty impressive collection of guitars both electric and acoustic. Friendly staff. Enjoyed getting there early, was not crowded.

Very nice selection musical instruments way more guitars than the store located in the Florence area I brought me home a beautiful MK5 BC Rich Warlock which sounds great for playing metal I really enjoy it looking forward to going back you can't beat their 6 months same as cash deal going on swing in pick yourself up something tell him 7.62 for you send them. The manager Aaron and the worker Josh was in more than helpful on getting me what I needed and helping me out very friendly that's what it's about don't b******* the customer tell them how it is that's what I like about these too straight-laced guys when I go back I will be asking for them. Cause once I got the beast home it has a chip in the back. He gave me a good discount on it...

The people were knowledgeable and friendly. They have guitar techs that have worked on issues for years.

This place is solid. Had the accessories and case I needed - on sale, got molded one for betterprice than the wood one. Also got to check out some fine guitars and get some questions answered on PA gear... oh and drums.

I go here for weekly guitar lessons. Everyone I've interacted with has been friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable when I've asked questions. As a beginner it's almost daunting to see the walls of guitars, but I've learned a bit listening to the sales reps talking with other customers. They also carry drums, & keyboards, with plenty to test out & noodle around on.

Gonna go for 5 stars. I actually stopped coming here for several years because of that really unhelpful Nick guy who used to work there. From what I gather, I'm not the only customer that he would constantly start arguments with.

But I went back this week to get some guitar work done. Their in-house tech, Joe, was super nice and knowledgeable. He did a great job and had a tremendous turnaround time. I can't recommend him enough.

Also shoutout to Nolan if he's still there. He's always been one of the best.

All I can say is Jason, The customer service manager was awesome. He was knowledgeable. He was friendly. The prices were great. I was very excited to buy my new amp. He definitely made a customer today.

Steve the manager made my experience amazing!! I needed a beginner guitar as it is my first! I needed one pretty cheap as well as a n amp he picked up a glarry guitar but I don’t like it so he picked up a Gibson les Paul and Marshall amp so cheap and so beginner friendly recommend!

This was my first time going to this store. I needed to fix my son's guitar and the cashier informed me that the person who handles repairs was already gone for the day. Although he wasn't the repair person he did everything he could to assist me so that I didn't waste a trip. His help allowed us to wait until we can get an appointment and kept my son from missing his guitar lesson. I wish I could remember his name but thanks so much for being an outstanding person and demonstrating great customer service!! If you need something this place is worth the drive! The workers Big Matt and Aaron are really cool chill guys. No matter how many silly questions I felt I asked about my guitar set up since I’m just a beginner they seem more than welcome to assist. Both guys help found the rock sound I was looking for. Aaron tested my amp by playing my guitar in front of me and suggested I may want a different amp.Big Matt was cool enough to experiment right in front of me with my guitar on the suggested amp. I am very pleased and will be back for future projects in my music journey.

My family & I had a great experience shopping for an electric keyboard for my child. They offer a wide variety of brands, features, and price levels to suit anyone from beginner to professional. Hallie who assisted us was very friendly & helpful!

Although being (holiday) busy, i was helped very quickly. I managed to buy 4 cymbal stands, several drum hardware items and some odds and ends for a show that had come up last minute. I was out the door in 23 minutes with a employee with a dolly helping me to my car. A+ Great service!!
