La Bocca

I am here with work and last night my colleagues suggested we go to La Boccas as they know Tony the owner. What an amazing little hidden gem and truly lovely Italian restaurant. The owner Tony greeted us with open arms and the staff were superb. To start with they brought us all an antipasti platter selection to share then I had the most amazing fish pizza. I will certainly be returning back 🤗

La Bocca was a pleasant surprise while traveling with my wife and two young children. A fancy, yet semi casual atmosphere. Service was impeccable and nothing short of the best service we have received in a long time. The servers were attentive and always made sure we had our glasses filled, if we dropped a napkin, it felt like they were on it before it hit the floor. The appetizers were delicious, we had the fried calamari and buffalo mozz, definitely fresh and done right. Our meals were all excellent and the homemade pasta was incredible. My only complaint was our martinis were only 3/4 filled in a small glass and mine had bits of ice in it. The food and service over shadowed the drinks, I would definitely return and I can’t wait to!

A great mid-week night out! Food was excellent and - shall we say - quite abundant. Service very attentive-- never an empty glass nor dirty plate on the table. "Old School"... no iPads, no QR codes, no 'get it yourself'. An excellent evening out on all counts. Many thanks to the team for helping make our visit to White Plains memorable!

You know it’s good when you want to come back the next day. La Bocca is a genuine authentic Italian place which clearly has a God of chefs or a team of Italian grannies working in the kitchen. I haven’t had Italian this good since my childhood. Come for the style, stay for the comfort food. Pictured: Fra Diavolo shrimp, mussels and clams with black linguini.

Follow up: the waiter convinced me to have the pistachio truffle dessert with cappucino. Part of my body just died and went to heaven.

We had an amazing time at this lovely restaurant as they hosted us for a bridal shower. Food was delicious and the service was outstanding!

Great spot for traditional Italian food as well as some rare items! The owner treated us like family! Try the raw ostrich!

Such an amazing place for a date night. Came here with my husband a few nights ago and we ordered the calamari and grilled octopus and the squid ink pasta with shrimp and scallops. Chef Tony conversed with us at the beginning of dinner, letting us know about the restaurant’s history, along with letting us sample his lovely spicy salsa with Parmesan cheese. The food was really great…everything tasted fresh and made with love. Very authentic Italian cooking. It was our first time trying squid ink pasta, and we were even able to customize the spice level to our liking! I would have taken pictures, but we were too busy eating and enjoying the food. Chef Tony was so sweet, and we can’t wait to make this our regular Italian go to spot.

I recommend whole bronzinos, they are delicious. Veggies were nice too 🙂

My sons and I came here for an unplanned Father's Day dinner, and when we finished, we were very happy to have found La Bocca. While the ambience is limited, the service was more than efficient, the food resoundingly good and the owner could not have been more welcoming. The calamari was tender and well seasoned and the antipasti platter was exactly what you would want. We had a selection of pastas and meats and everyone was happy with the quality and quantity. Antonio may have even changed my mind on grappa.

Such a nice quiet Italian place to sit down. Owner was very nice and generous and gave the two of us some Italian meets to try. Fast and good service. Will come back

I was with my friends for New Years, and I can say that the attention, the food, and the atmosphere were fantastic. The girl who served us, Camila, was so kind and so attentive, she made us feel very good and she had a super nice time!.

This place is a hidden gem! I cannot believe I have never came across it! My husband and I are beyond happy with the customer service + great food = GREAT RESTAURANT! We definitely will be back and planning on even having my husbands birthday here!

After having his birthday our server Jesus was not great at all. His attitude was very insukting towards my guest and he did not seem happy to be there. No birthday candle was given, beer glass was broken, guest where not happy with his overall waiting.

I stopped by for a quick dinner. I ended up spending over two hours having great conversation with other patrons, whom I had never met, and the owner. The food was fabulous and the atmosphere was equal to the task.

I love this restaurant! I have always walked by this place and thought to myself I want to check it out sometime and I did. I went last month with my daughter at 7 pm on a Sunday night. I am Italian and I remember Sunday dinners with my family. I had the gnocchi and it was just like my nonna's dish. It was so good and hit the spot! The service was impeccable and attentive. I recommend this restaurant to all my family and friends.

Very good food and great atmosphere. Veal chops are amazing highly recommend if you are a veal fan. Nice size place and right at the corner or Church St. And mamaroneck Ave. The cappuccino was very delicious although I do not suggest getting coffee has a funky taste. Otherwise amazing place.
