I'd recommend Dr Michael Williams any day. Very professional and humane. I feel special each time I visit his office. He listens to you with undivided attention and makes excellent recommendations focussed on helping you through your health challenges. Keep up the good work doc!

I had lost my primary doctor and was in need of a new doctor due to severe pain in my neck, shoulder and arm for weeks. I was referred to Dr. Williams at Family Medicine North. Dr. Williams and his assistant Jessica made me feel very comfortable immediately. He was very knowledgeable and knew what to ask to figure out the cause for my pain. In one day I was feeling much better with a prescription that didn't knock me out but soothed the pain. Dr. Williams is so kind and welcoming, as is the entire staff at his office. Doctors have given me horrible anxiety since I was a kid, and going to this office feels so vastly different from all of those times, and it's really given me a new perspective on what healthcare can be. I would and have recommended Dr. Williams to my family and friends. He is so excellent, it's hard to articulate just how great this office is.

I met Dr Williams last week, I was searching for a new PCP. My criteria was they needed to be a DO, good listener, personable, knowledgeable and open-minded. Dr Williams checked all of those boxes and then some! The clinic is clean, close by and the staff are very nice and helpful.

Dr. Williams has made going to the doctor a great experience. I was previously at my PCP for 10+ years, and had to make the switch after switching insurances. Dr. Williams has been kind, thorough, and helpful.

Dr. Williams and his staff are very professional and provide excellent medical care. He is a very attentive listener and will take the necessary time to answer questions from his patient. Very prompt in getting prescriptions refilled as well.

Dr Williams is Very friendly and willing to answer any questions I have and throughly explains any new meds or testing . The office and nursing staff are also very friendly along with almost always being on time.

Just met Dr. Williams today and I have never had such a great experience with a GP. The office itself is full of life-- everyone from the ladies at the front, to the nurse who helped me, Michelle, to Dr. Williams was friendly, warm, and welcoming! There was not that feeling of walking into a cold, sterile, office and just expecting the worst.

Both Michelle and Dr. Williams listened to me thoroughly and I felt like both were really seeing me as a person and not just the next patient. I left feeling heard and hopeful and like I had gained allies and partners to stay well and healthy!

Thank you to you all for making this such a positive experience-- its been a while since I even went to a primary care doctor just due to feeling the opposite in the past!

This was the best doctors visit I’ve ever had. Dr. Williams was kind, patient, gave detailed responses + made it clear what to expect during my physical and Pap smear. I appreciate the follow up questions that were asked to fully understand my medical history. He absolutely cares about his patients by creating a safe/non-judgmental environment. There are doctors much closer to my home but I’ll gladly drive 30+ minutes to see Dr. Williams. For the first time in my life, I feel like my health is 100% in good hands.

I can't praise Dr. Williams highly enough. I feel like 5 stars isn't enough. I've had a pretty rough go around lately with doctors and walking into his exam room he immediately put me at ease. He allowed me to speak freely while listening and was kind and compassionate. He's made me feel safe and like I have a place to be me and express my medical concerns. He was attentive and thorough. He explained to me his process regarding medication and made it known he couldn't make any promises regarding but would do his absolute best or find alternatives. He has gone above and beyond for me so far and his staff is just as equally wonderful. If you need a doctor, I highly suggest Dr. Williams.
