Food was phenomenal. Excellent customer service. This is a hidden gem in Columbus. Big group of 7, every one of us tried each other's food. It was all delicious. Give this place a shot. I would post 6 stars for food if I could.

They have good spicy mustard and duck sauce for their egg rolls (unlike some other places)

They have bottled coke products.

They have a Korean menu on line. I definitely recommend trying. The chap chai is phenomenal. It even came with sides. Their kimchi is made in house and one of the best I have had.

We've been ordering delivery from Eastern Bay for just over a year now since we moved into the neighborhood. Everything is always hot and fresh when it arrives. The quality of ingredients is consistently great. The staff is always friendly, delivery driver always smiling. The estimated delivery time is always accurate, never late. I really have nothing bad to say about this business.
We usually order the Mandarin mixed vegetables and Moo Goo Gai Pan because we prefer the white wine garlic sauce. Delicious!

As vegetarians, Chinese has long been a favorite in our family. Eastern Bay took it to a new level with flavorful takes on old standards and dishes that were new to us.

I've yet to have something I don't like here. Staff is great and I've had a good experience dine in, takeout, and delivery.

First of all, the food is great! We ordered from door dash and they forgot our pork fried rice. I called the restaurant and someone from there brought it to us! Such amazing customer service. So appreciated!

This is by far the best Chinese food I have had in years. Randomly found this place online and now I'm planning my next trip there. I don't even live in Ohio!

Amazing customer service. We picked up the wrong food and didn't realize until we got home. We said it was no problem and we would just eat the order that we picked up, but they ended up sending a driver to deliver us our original order. The food never disappoints. I find it to have a little bit more spiciness than other Chinese restaurants and am a big fan!

My favorite Chinese restaurant. They will make just about any dish gluten free and are so amazing. My favorite to get is orange chicken but they also have a Chinese Menu that has more dishes to try then just the traditional American dishes.

I love this place. I miss the old owner and staff they dressed up for Halowwen one year it was very sweet. The new owners and staff are still very good and so is the food. The way the booths are set up its great to cone here on dates, you can talk without being overheard and it's very intimate without being dark.

As far as I could find the food is the best in town.

My favorite Chinese restaurant for now in big Columbus area. Whatever take out or dine in, never let me down. Fresh materials and traditional Chinese way to cook. Worth to try.

Best Chinese food and restaurant experience we have had in a long time. Food cooked to perfection and orders were made right. The wait staff were awesome. Music was soft classical which let parties actually hear themselves talk, what a concept!
