Nisbet Brower Kitchen & Bath Showroom

I want to share my experience dealing Nisbet-Brower and in particularly Kevin Thorpe. My wife and I went in to their showroom on a whim, not expecting to make a purchase. We had previously found cabinets that we were prepared to buy at what we thought was a great price. After talking with Kevin, it was clear that he was a subject matter expert . He quickly changed our mind and had us as a customer. The customer service he provided was second to none. I would highly recommend that anyone shopping for cabinetry Shop Nisbet-Brower before you make a final decision. I am sure that Kevin and the team there will win you over. I will definitely be using Nisbet-Brower for any future cabinetry purchases.

I had two bathroom counters and cabinets upgraded that were very old from this company. I worked with sales associate, Lynne, who was WONDERFUL both times walking me through the process and answering questions. Despite her busy schedule, she really tried her best to update on delivery and expectations.
The final product ended up beautiful and install was pretty smooth. If you are interested in a remodel, you definitely want to check out this company!

Fast unloading for lumber. in and out in 30 minutes typically. Enter the gate and go straight down. make a left u turn and come down the side of the building and park there and unstrap. Normally they are taking off lumber before you are done rolling up straps.

Lynne has been a great help throughout my planning for a kitchen granite job. She helped immensely last year so I came back this year on another job. I so much appreciate her communication and help from start to finish on the project. Five stars plus!

My husband and I are helping our son with his new build. We went to Nesbit Brower on a referral from a neighbor. Our
salesperson Lynne greeted us and we immediately felt comfortable. She evaluated our needs and preferences in order to show us what was available. She was sensitive to our budget and came up with cabinets our son loves. All wood construction. She sent us a layout of the rooms twice! Very knowledgeable. No pressure at all.

I didn’t really know who Nisbet Brower was until a friend recommended them for my kitchen project. All those times I was at the Root Beer Stand and didn’t know what that big building was behind me. They have a fast turn around time. 1 week from measure. This was a huge time saver for our project.

I needed some help with adjusting the gap on a set of double hung French Doors. Keith our account manager brought out Tim from the Service Department to help. Tim was fantastic! He knew all the tricks to fine tune the door gap. Tim adjusted the doors until the gap was just right. He really knows his stuff.

We built a new house and Kevin Thorpe and his team from Nisbet Brower fabricated and installed all the counters throughout the house and did a fantastic job. My dog bit my entry door trim. I built the house several years ago but was not aware of the supplier. The customer care coordinator (Tammy) at Drees told me they mostly used Nisbet Brower trims. Located in Springdale, just off 275. Found the exact trim/baseboard I need. People at Nisbet Brower are super nice, glad I went there. Plus, the trim price (per foot) was half of the Home Depot price for similar trims.

Excellent service and an awesome selection. Their vast knowledge in the selection process and stock material made our kitchen remodel go quickly and smoothly. We will definitely be back for our outdoor kitchen and deck this summer! Great Job NIsbet Brower!!!
