Caliber Collision

While the initial experience we had was horrible. Once the Actual Shop Manager Wyatt, got in and was made aware of our experience he gave us a call to hear our side.
Wyatt expressed actual concern with the way we had been treated and ensured us that Xenia's Caliber Collision does not conduct business in that manner. Wyatt showed empathy for the the whole situation.
We can not go back and change the past nor change the experience we had, nor how we were talked to. However, Wyatt taking the steps he did, showed us that he does value his customers. I hope that the gentleman we had to deal with is able to learn from him on how to properly conduct business with customers in a professional manner.
Thank you Wyatt, with you managing this location I can only see great things to come for Caliber Collision in Xenia. The world needs more managers and supervisors with your level of Empathy and Customer Service skills.

The gentleman working the front desk was extremely rude. Even the Team Lead in charge, had an attitude. Finally, after I was in tears over our situation, Team Lead finally agreed to do this job and access the damages with giving insurance an estimate.
Very disappointing.
Customers should not have to work harder that the employee at the job at hand AND NO customer should ever be told they "HAVE to sign something or pick up their vehicle and move it from "his" lot". There is no leadership qualities in individuals we first spoke with, leaders DO NOT demand men and especially women to sign anything. The first 2 gentlemen have a lot of growing up to do hopefully Humility will make them Humble.

This was the 4th time I’ve had a vehicle serviced here. Their work is ALWAYS great, they keep you updated on your vehicle’s status, and are very easy to work with when it comes to insurance. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone in need of body repair to visit!

I chose Caliber based on their reviews, and they did not disappoint! Great staff (worked with Todd and Wyatt). Super helpful, they answered all of my questions (there were many), and they never made me feel like I was bugging them, asking too much, etc. They were super communicative throughout the whole process. My car looks great and was done nearly 2 weeks ahead of schedule!

I was involved in a hit and run accident. Not my fault. I was already stressed because I had to pay my 500.00 deductible for an accident that I didn't cause. I really appreciate how easily my repairs were handled. Thank you for making this part quick and stress free. My jeep looks perfect!

I came here with a side view mirror broken off my Honda civic. Kyle told me over the phone to come bring it in for him to take a look at it. I was there for 20 minutes total and he fixed it no charge. If me or my family needs any future work done, this is our spot. Everyone there was very nice.

They were a vendor on my State Farm Insurance. I trust State Farm's choice. Glad I did not go with my own collision repair. This place was great. Rental car waiting for me when I dropped my vehicle off and I returned it to Caliber Collision. They took it from there.
Great business with skilled technicians and a flawless process regarding the logistics, bodywork, and payment from Rental agency and insurance agency. Total out of pocket for me $250 as my deductible. Before and After

Kept me informed of the progress of my car continuously and had my car done 2 weeks ahead of their original estimate. I would highly recommend them to anybody in need of auto body repairs.

My auto was struck on the right rear fender and the estimate was lower than I expected. The only negative I experienced was with the first person I talked with. I think I caught him at a bad time. Once past that I was completely satisfied. It was impossible to see what work had been done as everything matched perfectly.

Wyatt went above and beyond to make sure we were 100% satisfied with the work done on our car. I would highly recommend this shop!

Caliber did a fantastic job of fixing my Hyundai after a break-in and attempted theft. The quality workmanship and attentive, friendly customer service was much appreciated. They even update via text several times a week on the status of your repair. They finished my car earlier than their estimated date despite the supply chain issues that have slowed down repair times in general. Thank you for that!

Did a great job fixing minor scratches on back bumper, fixed in timely manner communicated well, and the guy there even dropped me to enterprise rental after they failed to pick me up from the spot. They were very kind. Would recommend for your car fixes.

Everyone there was very professional and helpful. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I was very pleased with everything.

Fast service and highly communicative. Received text message everytime something was occurring. For example "your truck is being put on a lift" or "your truck is moving to a different location for diagnostics". Every step of the repair process was relayed real-time. Drop-off and pick-up process was very smooth. Highly recommend.

Had to have my car repaired after an unfortunate encounter with a deer. Wyatt and the rest of the staff at Caliber were great to work with! They kept me informed of the repair process, handled everything with my insurance, and had my car ready earlier than promised. I hope I don't need this type of work done again, but if I do I'll take my car back to Caliber.

My car looks brand new with a perfect paint match! Excellent work and great customer service that kept me up to date during the entire process. My car was even complete a week early!
