Los Compadres Mexican Restaurant

We love having lunch here! I am a huge fan of their guacamole and fajitas. The service is always top notch. We have used Los Compadres for catering events as well. Everything came packaged perfectly, warm and ready to serve. Highly recommended.

It took 18 months, but we found our place. From the chicken noodle soup, pico, salsas and chips that were delivered before we ordered to our margaritas made it a great experience from start to finish.
Get the single parradilla and share it. You will have leftovers for days!

20 tacos came with big cups of salsa, their delicious grilled onions and limes. I ordered additionally rice and guac and it came to a total of $105, which isn't too bad for feeding 7 people! Heads up though, they charge a fee to use your credit card, so better to come with cash!

The tacos al Pastor were incredible, but I was really disappointed by the lengua; I've had is where it's very tender, but this had more a consistency of fatty, rubbery tripe. Still 5/5 stars, everything else was on point!

It’s a must try! Food was delicious we tried taco de asado, lengua and barbacoa with rice and beans super good and my husband had a Shrimp cocktail and it was super delicious and it’s octopus. We tried michelada and Paloma and were super good would definitely recommend and reorder all this. I had the StawberryRita which I wasn’t a fan of it tasted super artificial. Chips and salsa were good as well and the service was the best! Atmosphere was nice and music playing the whole time.

Solid tacos. Packed with meat and the simple cilantro and onions. Beans were seasoned well and not gummy. Such a friendly staff too. Just beware, you may smell like the place after you finish eating but would definitely go back.

Food was delicious! I had the taco dinner de tripa, barbacoa, y lengua and all 3 were nice and full and so delicious! The server was a young lady and could use a little more training on checking up on her tables, as she never can to check on us once we got our food. But overall the food was really good and will be back.

Everytime I come to Kenosha I end up here (usually the 1st day).

This has got to be the most authentic Mexican spot in Kenosha. If it's not I'd like to hear suggestions

Great prices considering the service and quality of food.

Group of 5 diners everyone satisfied with their food order! Entrees around $15 include rice and beans (yummy). Each of us took half home. Recommend the chile rejenos.

Very busy at lunch with eatin and takeout customers. Waitress was very nice, missed a couple requests but 5 women had a lot of requests.

Absolutely amazing food that was super satisfying. My wife and I were craving Mexican and this place was only a 10min walk from our house. The drinks were great and the menu offered many different options that made this place stand out from most Mexican restaurants. We'll definitely be back soon whenever we want a quick bite to eat.

Dined in for the first time today and the food was amazing! They have a specialty coffee blend that is so delicious. I'll be stopping in to grab some again soon.

Amazing place to eat and have spirits. It is a hidden gem in the kenosha area. I will definitely be returning and recommending people to go and enjoy a true authentic Mexican cuisine.

We don’t get to Kenosha often, but when we do, we stop here to eat. The food is really good and is served with yummy grilled spring onions and a variety of salsas. Homemade soup is very authentic. Not a fancy place but good.

Always a great place to eat. Literally best Authentic Mexican restaurant in a 30 mile radius. We always get the "Pariada for 2" feeds more like 4 people it comes with a bunch of different meats (grilled chicken, pork chops, shrimp, ground beef, chorizo, etc) and tortillas. And 2 plates of rice and beans for about $20 which is a great deal.
