Michael and his colleague assisted me with locating the unit and getting the key. The whole process was done quickly and efficiently.

I have been using them for over 2 years now. Have not had any issues whatsoever. The staff is very accommodating. There was one time where I lost the key to my unit and they made sure that I would be able to get back in with no issues.

Niyokei was fantastic. I needed a unit ASAP, and called to get the best rate. She walked me through the process with ease and was friendly all the way. The facility is well maintained and easy to get to. Well done Extra Space.

I usually don't write reviews but I had the pleasure of having Joe assist me with my move in experience at this location. First and foremost, I purchased my unit online for such an amazing price and he immediately gave me a call in less than an hour to give me a detailed and thorough review on the storage space.

Once we arrived to the location we met Joe and he was absolutely polite and knowledgeable! He answered any questions that I had since this was my first experience renting a storage unit. Also, due to the sheer amount of items that I had to store... it took longer than expected and he went above and beyond to make sure to make that move in easier!!

The storage facility itself is clean and super easy to navigate, I'd definitely recommend anyone I know in NYC from every borough to come to this specific location due to superior service from Joe and an easy transition to storing your belongings! Joe you're a rockstar and this specific extra space is the place to store your belongings in NYC!! :D

My experience with the Extra Space Storage staff and facility was great. The site manager Joe was very accommodating in showing me my unit the day before I moved in, as well as being kind enough to let me stay a bit passed opening hours to make sure all my items were stored properly in the unit. I appreciate his attention to detail and look forward to working with Extra Space Storage in the future!

is associates/managers like Niyokei, who make customer service their priority, that causes consumers such as myself not only want to leave a positive review but also recommend Extra Space Storage to others.

I mention this because my main ESS unit is in South Beach, FL., I share this unit here in NY with a friend. So, to receive exceptional service like I did today, at yet another Extra Space Storage facility says a lot about their brand.

So, I wanted to say thank you so very much Niyokei for your sincere and warm welcome when I entered the office. I truly appreciated your willingness to assist me, personally escort me to my unit and easily resolve the issue that I was having.
