Lee Rogers is a great provider. I love ❤ the service I received. Very affordable for the income one makes. To be honest, people complain about the time they spend there to see the doctor but they don't understand that there are many people coming here because they too need low-income help.

Staff is very friendly and made me feel comfortable. Long wait but it's a Dr office so to be expected. The Dr is very nice and straight forward. 5 stars!

I moved here from Louisiana, I had no insurance and needed to see a Dr asap, I have heart problems. St Marks ER recommend this clinic. I saw Lee Rogers, he was wonderful!!!! He listen and understood all my problems... The staff was GREAT... They spent more time with me then any of my Louisiana health care staff.. Excellent on returning phone calls, very clean clinic.. I RECOMMEND them to anyone who needs health care. Thank You for being so on top of my health.

I will say this, they helped in saving my life from a nasty infection. Of course I did my part, probably the biggest, still I would have been in real bad shape had it not been for the antibiotics!! There#1 concern is for public health & safety. Great service and care.

Doctor Lee Rogers is the best doctor I ever met,
Him all the time is so caring, and had treat my child with respect and humanity understanding my childs pain , and all the time the treatments are very effective and I am really happy , for be a patient , and all the nurses are very nice , thank you Neighborhood Clinic💙💙💙💙💙

It was my friends appt. The staff was very kind. Helpful. Explanatory. Clean facility. Willing to help in anyway possible. Prompt at getting scripts to pharmacy.

Besides the fact that even having an appointment, you have to wait for almost an hour to see the doctor, my first contact with the Navajo Clinic was not that bad. I saw Dr. Slack, and she gave me an order to get a CT Scan done at the Intermountain Hospital. I was told not to call the hospital, that I needed to wait for them to call ME, to set up an appointment. I waited but nobody called me. After 4 weeks I decided to call the clinic to ask if it was normal to wait for a month, and Socorro told me it was normal and I needed to keep waiting for Intermountain to call. Another month went by, and I called the Clinic again, this time I spoke with somebody else, and she said that maybe the order was not received and resent it (really? After 2 months they decided to look into it??). My CT Scan was finally completed last Thursday, and the nurse at Intermountain told me to call Dr Slack if she didn’t contact me in 2 days (which made me think, it was something serious), so I called the Clinic on Monday, and I was told I had to wait. No contact, so I decided to call again on Wednesday, and spoke to Susan. She told me Dr Slack was not in, but she was willing to send the Dr a message (message # 2 by the way). I explained to her that I was very concerned about my health and told her the whole story of my bad experience. She said that by own experience, she learnt not to listen to instructions, and I should’ve called Intermountain myself from the very beginning (so I guess it was my fault for following their instructions?). I also mentioned i was worried because the nurse told me to contact Dr Slack right away, and she responded that the nurse said that because most of the times, the doctors at the clinic don’t check the results. What?? Are you kidding me? I’ve been in pain for two months, sometimes I can even walk and unable to perform daily activities and they don’t check the results? She told me I needed to check my results through an application, so I downloaded Healow, but I was unable to get thorough because the Clinic has not set it up for me to use. Next day I received a message to my cell phone saying my results were normal. I called again today, spoke to Olga and asked if my CT Scan was “normal”, and she said that message was NOT referring to the CT Scan, but a lab test I did 2 months ago, and could not see any other info in my file. I’m baffled about the lack of professionalism of these people. I tried to set an appt to see Dr. Slack, and Olga told me the only one available was on 4/15. I just went ahead and set an appt with some other Dr, so I can discuss the results of my CT Scan. I don’t think any of this is right.

I waited two and a half hours to see a doctor and she did not even provide the service requested (birth control). The receptionist wouldn’t take the insurance card on my phone and so I was billed the incorrect amount. I had to email the office and send them photos of my insurance card (the photos the receptionist originally denied) before they got it all sorted out. They still billed me $100 even though it was a preventative visit.

I’ve been there a few times and every time I go it’s the same thing as the last time I went. We recently moved and every time I go there I’m asked to change the address even though I did it 5 times before! Another thing that made me disappointed was when I had blood drawn to run some tests they told me they would call us with the results in a week or so. Never called us. We had to call the clinic ourselves and tell them that we didn’t get a call about my results. We were told the doctor will call us back in an hour. About 3 hours later we get a call from them. Very disappointed. Another thing, we had an appointment for me and when we got there we were told they were behind and would have to wait about 30 minutes to be seen. About an HOUR AND A HALF pass and we are still waiting to be seen. People that have barely gotten there were taken to be seen right after they checked in and us? We have been waiting for over an hour past our scheduled appointment. They would also schedule appointments for the wrong people and say that it was our appointment. I had an incident where we scheduled an appointment for me and when we got there they told us it was scheduled for someone else in my family and that I would have to schedule one for myself. I’m not impressed and I’m very disappointed.

Unprofessional. Unsanitary. Unacceptable.

I was sent here by my new Insurance Provider (SelectHealth). I've worked in the Healthcare field for over a decade, and this place is worse than clinics in foreign countries! They charged a Specialty Fee that my prior Univ Hosp Insurance considered routine/preventative for years. The PA spent more time trying to talk me out of getting the routine lab tests than actually doing the tests (that were 100% covered by Insurance – so they were guaranteed to get paid). The PA also spent the time sharing that their lab tests rarely work and hardly ever find what they are supposed to find, and how it’s better to wait until after you’re symptomatic as opposed to a Patient working to prevent getting sick.

When I was asked to leave my urine sample, they handed me a paper cup w/my name hand-written on it. Yes, A PAPER CUP! No lid, definitely not sanitary, and with no proper identification. I was auto-notified via text today that my results were ready, I logged-on to the Patient Portal, and what were my results: “No Results – The specimen received included only one patient identifier on the primary collection container. Our laboratory accrediting agency states ‘All primary specimen containers must be labeled with 2 identifiers at the time of collection.’” The lab they sent the specimen to refused to even run the test because the Clinic didn’t even bother to label it!!!

I immediately called the Clinic, which was shortly prior to their closing (so I could reschedule a proper sample to actually get a result), was told to wait, and I waited. And I waited. And I waited. I waited on hold for over 45-minutes before hanging up. They placed me on hold, had me wait, & then THEY LEFT FOR THE DAY! They just took off, and since now it was over 30-min past closing time, I knew no one was coming back on the line.

Honestly is just frustrating and sad for people that seek a service for an illness I arrived 15 min before my appointment check in and pay waited 1 hour on the lobby got up and talk to the receptionist as I notice people going in after I checked in, waited 40 more minutes to get my vitals done and then got checked and diagnose in 10 min. They call me to let me know my prescription was send to the pharmacy, and get it in 1 hr, well got there nothing was send call the clinic and they advise me to go home and wait for there call is been a full day nothing yet this service is a nightmare I swear this is the last time I went to different locations and is the same I’m DONE.

I spent more than an hour on the phone I got hung up on three times in the middle of my sentence describing what I needed done I got hung up on their rude I don’t know how they can operate the health clinic by being this way
